I've been taking Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails 2,500 mcg of Biotin 80 Softgels for a few months now and I am very happy with the results. I have noticed a significant improvement in the condition of my hair, skin, and nails. My hair is shinier and stronger, my skin is smoother and more hydrated, and my nails are stronger and less brittle. I'm also taking other vitamins and supplements, but I believe this is the one that's making the biggest difference. The softgels are easy to swallow and don't have an unpleasant taste. They taste great and dissolve easily. Most chewy vitamins require me to chew them more and they get stuck in my teeth, but not these. I also can take these without food and it doesnt bother my stomach. Its too soon to tell how the results of growth compare. I gave it 4 stars because the main ingredient is sugar

This Nature's Bounty gummies are great, have a subtle but delicious strawberry flavor. While using it I've experienced many changes, and that's why I loved this brand. The gummies are soft, but you did get a slight aftertaste that lingers for awhile after taking them. The dosage is just 2 gummies once a day, which makes it easy to remember to take them. After taking them for about two weeks, I noticed that my nails didn’t crack like it usually did. I personally didn’t notice a difference in my hair or skin.

The gummies look really good but when you try one, it's got the most unbearable (in my opinion) synthetic berry taste.

It was hard to dom't ate all of them. If you care about your diet - you can be calm - is't low calories. I tried them before and of course I can say that is good choice.
