I used this brand for about a month and a half. It's very hard for me to find something that really works for me. I believe that not everything will work for everyone. They did not help my hair or nails grow. They taste very good. They are very affordable.

Okay for starters the taste of these gummies is not too great. I feel like with 2g of sugar per serving these should an amazing flavor but these are a little offputting. In terms of hair strength I did notice a little bit of improvement so it definitely does what it's supposed to do.
