Besides that, they have been helping my skin glow and my nails grow. Havent noticed a change in my hair though but would highly recommend !

I started these and with in a month I could see my hair getting shinier and my nails felt so much stronger. Keep in mind I always had shellac nail polish on so I'm always filing them down. But these gummy really help you aren't going to see drastic changes but I think what I experienced was enough to continue taking them!!

Besides the taste, they really do grow nails and hair. Super effective. Just don't slip up and miss them! I would definitely buy this again.

Ive been taking them for 3 weeks now and I can see a difference in my nails and hair as they are stronger and growing pretty quickly. No huge changes with my skin but Im going to keep taking them to see if I can become the top model I was always meant to be. lol. Overall, great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taste amazing. Easy to remember to take daily because it's not a chore. However, I don't believed they did anything to my hair skin or nails. Didn't notice any difference. Wouldn't buy again. Would probably just stick to the gummy multivitamins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have previously taken this before getting it in this voxbox. It has a high percentage of biotin compared to other vitamins. Its a reasonable price and the gummies taste great. I hope to see an improvement in my hair soon.

They both started growing faster and stronger. I will continue to use these to see how much they work in the long run!
