It makes it harder to remember compared to my other gummy vitamins. They do taste fine and have a good consistency though.

I have used other products in the past that have a high biotin amount, so i was skeptical. I still feel like it has done a good job on my hair, but not sure about my nails. When taking other supplements i have seen my nails grow extremely fast, while taking this one i experienced my normal growth. Still a great product! I only took these for about a month, the time the bottle lasted and was not impressed. I didn't notice any change in my hair skin or nail health or growth. My daughter took them and noticed some improvement in her nails but nothing else. The taste was pleasant and the bottle easy to open. I assume they work for some and think they are worth a try before using a more expensive alternative.

I've been taking them for a few weeks and I can't tell a difference yet. I feel like a lot of companies miss the mark on gummy vitamins like they're too mushy, or extremely sugary.
