I buy these gummies for myself and my mom. Her hair is thinning as she ages and she said it's noticeably healthier and longer than before. Also our nails grow super long it's kind of crazy but the taste isn't bad I always prefer gummy vitamins then capsules or gels.

The taste definitely makes me remember to take them unlike the pill form. I had definitely noticed a different in my nails when i take them. I personally disnt notice much of a difference in my hair but I have had people tell me they see my hair getting longer. This time around im going to take pictures to see if theres a noticeable difference. And will update back with my findings.

Personally, the vitamin gummies tasted amazing, however, I am still skeptical on how these gummies are actually capable of enhancing your hair, skin, and nails. This product is very new and appealing to individuals interested in hair and skin treatment or growth. Not a product I would buy on my own because of previous experience and knowledge that gummy vitamins are not as effective as other skin, nail, and hair enhancers. I have been trying these vitamins regularly for about a month and have not seen much of a dramatic difference in the growth and condition of my skin, hair, and nails. It works and they taste good. You will really notice when you stop taking this… If I could afford to buy my husband and I eat your own vitamin instead of by one big bottle of unisex vitamins, I would!  What many people don't know is that your body stops producing collagen at a certain point around age 26 your  body produces less and less collagen every day!   Knowing that I will say, this is a fabulous product and probably one of the more affordable options for collagen vitamins.
