I absolutely love these the strawberry flavoring is amazing tastes like a fruit snack so it makes it easier to take one everyday after just taking them for two weeks I have noticed my hair texture get better and my nails are more healthy and thick.... Noticed hair was softer, nails got a little stronger, I'm a week in of taking gummies twice a day and Im noticing changes. These you have to take for a bit before seeing results. But I would reccomend.
