It taste so good , youll just have to so consitent. This actually grows your nails like crazy. I personally think this product will help your hair moe defined and feel so healthy.

I love these gummy's! I was looking for a vitamin that would help. Keep my hair, skin and nails, really healthy, shiny and growing well. I unfortunately I'm not very good at swallowing pills, so when I came across this gummy version I was sold. The taste is actually quite good and I enjoy having them in the morning. They are easy to remember to take, and I really have noticed a difference. I've been taking them for several months and I have to say I do notice my hair growing longer, and it feels like it's in better shape, softer, and silkier than it's ever been. I also regularly get my nails done and I find that I have to go more frequently because my nails grow out so much that the polish is in need of a touchup

I have tried this brand before but they must have changed the formula because they are even better now! My hair is so shiny and soft when I take these- I would absolutely buy them again

I bought these once only. To be honest the packaging caught my eye. I didn't care too much for the taste. They were sweet but something about them seemed a bit "off." They were quick and easy to take as I was running out the door but I am not sure I would buy them again. I didn't see any big improvements in my mid aged skin, hair and nails.

These are my favorite they taste amazing and I think they really work! Just take one or two a day and your hair will start to grow a somewhat faster than usual. It may not be notable daily but after a few weeks you will begin to notice your hair getting longer!

The pink gummies are really pleasant tasting, so much so that my partner has stolen a few. I will definitely follow up with this product if after two bottles there has been a change negative or positive.
