This is the perfect size to keep from having to go to the store every week. They taste like candy and have vitamin c, vitamin e and biotin. These are a new favorite of mine and I will purchase and look for other vitamins in gummy form in this brand. When they taste so good like candy you will rarely forget to take cause you look forward to them as a treat. I received these complimentary from influenster but that doesn't affect my review.

It tastes like normal gummies, doesn't have weird chemical taste. In terms of result, I haven't noticed much with hair growth or nail health, I'm pretty healthy in general so maybe that's why. I ended up not taking it anymore because I see no particular benefit and opt for multi vitamin instead.

They taste great and have really improved my nails that used to be very weak and brittle. My hair has also seen improvement and the only change I made was by taking these vitamins. They are amazing!

Idk how to tell if these work or not. Sometimes my fingernails peel with some brands and with others my nails grow super long. I haven't really taken notes to tell which is which. But am I going to stop paying to take these every day? Nope. So, what are you going to do?

Its not been long enough to see how it affects my hair but seeing how it affects my skin and nails I imagine it is going to work wonders. They arent very flavorful but they dont taste bad.

Which is rather annoying actually! I didnt notice a difference in my nails, but I already have very long natural nails.
