It's so easy to incorporate in your routine because you can pop it in your mouth and go, unlike other pills you have to swallow. I received a complimentary sample from Influenster, but I had already purchased and been taking these gummies for the past year and I can't get enough of them. They taste so delicious I forget they're vitamins. I've really seen a difference in my nails. They used to break easily, but now it's so hard to even clip them.

I like taking hair, skin, and nails vitamins but I always forget when theyre in tiny green bottles, so the large pink bottle is a great reminder in the morning! They also taste really good, usually strawberry flavored medicines taste awful. I cant speak for the efficacy yet though, which is why Im giving four stars; I wish I had more time to review.

A bottle should last you around a month. I notice a difference in my overall skin and nails, hair is too soon to tell. I definitely recommend this product.

They taste really good Ive taken them for 4 days so far and I will say this I cut my nails the day I started them and theyve grown pretty fast and are stronger than the usually brittle nails they are and the only thing Ive changed is taking these gummies so Im loving them so far definitely recommend!!!!
