I absolutely love these gummy's. Honestly, I'm not sure if they are doing anything for my hair skin and nails but I really enjoy the taste of them and I have made a habit to eat them every morning. I've been taking them for at least three months. If you were wanting to start them I would suggest taking before pictures so that you have something to compare it to.

I like the flavor of these, and I make sure to keep the jar tightly shut so they don't get stale. I've been using them for three months but haven't noticed a difference in my hair, skin, or nails. That said, I do get my nails powder-dipped, which might be affecting my nail strength. Not sure if these are making an impact, but they taste good!

The gummies are easier to take then the pills that other brands make. Plus these taste yummy and the packaging is so cute!

I have been taking these for about two months now and honestly, I really don't see a difference in anything. My hair is not growing any faster and still falling out my nails always grow so I can't really tell if that's working. I'll continue to take them but not sure what results I'm supposed to actually seeon a good note. They taste delicious and do not taste like vitamins at all.
