Okay, so the Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Vitamin Gummies are pretty great! They taste like candy, so it's easy to remember to take them every day. I've noticed my nails are stronger and my hair feels a bit healthier since I started using them. Plus, they're affordable and easy to find at any drugstore. Definitely recommend if you want a little boost for your hair, skin, and nails! The pink packaging is super duper cute too!

They are a good supplement if you are looking for Biotin and after about a month I can tell a different in my nail strength.

Ive noticed a difference in my nails first theyve become stronger (I always get acrylic nails this helps) my skin is glowing, and my hair is always in protective styles so this helps with strengthening my hair even more. Ive been taking them for 3 weeks I look forward to my results after taking my last gummies. I love the taste as well.

Noticed minor improvement to hair skin and nails. Nothing major and there are better/ more potent supplements out there that I would use over this one. Not bad for a beginner or something just needing an extra boost but for people who take hair and skin care seriously I would pass on this. Good affordable option though.
