My hair was so thin because of damage and this seriously helped so much In about 3 months. but I had to stop taking It gave me serious acne like I’ve never had not even during puberty. I didn’t even want to leave my house and I couldn’t figure out what it was until I stopped taking them. Now I can’t tell if my hairs been falling out for months bc I stopped :(
