It's going to take some time before I'll be able to see but so far, I can tell you that even though they are gummies, they are not very tasty. I sure hope they end up working out for me.

Nature’s bounty is one of my go to brands and I literally love these hair, skin, and nail gummies! First off it tastes a little too much like a regular gummy candy it’s a little hard to resist just eating 2 a day but it’s also a good amount I feel like I never run out! It’s tasty, it’s good amount and it has all stuff you need for your hair, skin, and nails to flourish!

I have been using these gummy vitamins for about 2 years and I have definitely seen a difference. My nails grow so fast that within 2 weeks I’m ready to cut them again (my job usually prefers shorter nails). I like the taste and the texture. They aren’t too hard either. My hair does grow faster and a little fuller, but mostly faster.

So I decided to grab up this product when I saw it on influenster. I added the Biotin to my morning medication. It was just 2 gummies that taste lightly sweet a day. Not to much extra to do in the morning. But I'm not seeing much help with the growth of my hair or nails. My skin has been pretty dry lately, but it is winter here. I have completely emptied the bottle, but I don't think I will be purchasing any time soon.
