I've been using these for a couple of months now. It took some time to start working for me but they work well give time. They taste really good and don't have a weird vitamin taste. They have everything you need if your hair or nails are starting to get thin. They're cheaper than others brands and work just as good

These gummies actually taste pleasant. They are easy to chew and go down smoothly. I actually see a difference when I take them In my hair and nails. They both get longer and are stronger. I would take these constantly but the biotin makes my heart race I would definitely recommend if you can take them.

Ive been using these for about two weeks & I do feel like Ive had less fall out when washing my hair. Kinda hard to tell after a short time the long term results but they seem to have a good amount of biotin & other great ingredients. They also taste pretty decent & dont have a major vitamin taste. Better price than some others too.

I have used these gummies before after receiving them in a Fab Fit Fun box. These are a great hair, skin, and nails alternative to the sugar bear hair gummies that you have probably seen celebrities and social media influensters post about. These are essentially the same thing but much cheaper!
