[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As vitamin gummies go these are some of the best that Ive tried. The taste is very important to me and these tasted just fine to me. I did notice more of a difference in my hair than anything else. I feel like it has grown a bit faster since I started taking these. It also feels a little healthier. I didnt really notice a huge difference in my skin but I have really sensitive skin that never looks good so its hard to judge. As for nails I wear fake nails often so its impossible to judge on that as well. Overall I will continue to use these!

Used the whole jar. Punched twice… I do not think that it help me as much as I need. I love to concept of gummy vitamins however there are some vitamins and supplement that you can’t get properly in a gummy. However I do think these are a good go to for those who can’t take tabs. They are soft and easy to take! They are yummy so be careful and only take what you are directed to! Would I buy it again… not likely. Would I recommend it. Yes, among other brands also. Just wasn’t getting the result I wanted with this particular gummy vitamin.

But my nails have always had a hard time growing out. And they have grown with ease the last week or so. I have been waiting to post this because I wanted to make sure it was accurate, but my hair has also grown a good two and a half inches in the last couple weeks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always skeptical of these things when I see them. But opened them, tried one and was sad that they only recommend 2 a day. They taste amazing (if you like strawberries) and they dont leave a weird aftertaste like some vitamins do. Within a few days my nails had already started growing probably about 2-3 times faster than normal. And my hair seemed to grow pretty quickly within the month. But with that, I needed to wax my brows, legs and bikini area a lot sooner too. Because ALL hair grows faster!!

I gave it 3 stars and have only had it for 2 wks, it usually takes about 3 months of trying a specific vitamin. In the 2 weeks Ive noticed my nails are actually growing a little and theyre hard. Id like to try and do a review when Im finished with the bottle! Theyre soft and very tasty, no vitamin aftertastes and remembering to take 2 a day is easy if you leave them on my nightstand.
