[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Natures Bounty Vitamins are so easy to take because they taste so good! Vitamins with biotin in them always worry me a little bit because I'm afraid that my skin might break out, but so far I havent had any issues there. Also they are so inexpensive!! The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I havent been taking them long enough to see if they help with my hair and nail growth. I recieved this product complimentary for testing purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my natures bounty gummies and tried them today so I can't tell how effective they might be. The flavor tastes pretty good, they taste sweet and looking at the label it does list corn syrup as an ingredient as well as sugar, so something to keep in mind. It lists 2 grams of value of daily sugar intake as well. Mostly what you'll be getting is vitamin c, vitamin e, and biotin from taking these. I don't normally take vitamins as an everyday routine but I will try these and see if I have any noticeable results. Also the overall price on these isn't too bad.

I have always had nails that break easily and this is helping with that. I have also noticed that my hair looks shiny and less dull. As for my skin... Well it looks to be clearer than it was at the start of taking these.

Really good it grew my hair out really fast and made my skin glow. Not to mention how quickly my nails were growing. Also the taste of the gummies is very enjoyable. They taste similar to fruit snacks so it's not like it's miserable to take. I definitely recommend if you're trying to grow out your hair quickly.
