I have use this product for 21/2 months now and I don't know if there is a change. Iv been waiting to notice.. maybe I have to just use it longer and I will start to see results. On the label there is not very much nutritional value there is only 1250 mcg of biotin.. not very much... this suckers are filled with fillers like juice and corn syrup. I think it better to take a multi vitamin.. they aren't more expensive but are healthier overall. Pro... taste and price.

i've tried them for three months and forever my fave vitamins, my hair keeps growing and growing, my skin looks flawless and glowy and my nails are stronger! they taste really good super recommended! and they have a good price! I love them sooo much!!

I am a few weeks in and Im not sure if I can really tel a difference in my nails, hair, or skin. Overall though I really like them and will continue the bottle for sure.
