I really like the Nature Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails gummies. They taste good and seems to work for me. I can really tell with my nails, they grow fast and are strong.

Been taking these for years. Not sure if they've actually been helping grow back my thinning hair, but they taste good! Unfortunately because they've gone up in price so much lately, I only purchase anymore when they're on sale.
