The is the best hair and nails vitamins I have ever took. My hard are harder then they have ever been and my hair is more longer and thicker. I have been taking them for about four years.

I have been buying these vitamins for years and they have always been soft. I would consider them even stale. Good date on the bottle, so, have no idea what happened.

Been taking these for years. Not sure if they've actually been helping grow back my thinning hair, but they taste good! Unfortunately because they've gone up in price so much lately, I only purchase anymore when they're on sale.

They taste good. I ordered them to help with preventing hair loss. I'm not sure if it really works, since I am taking it as a preventative supplement. I am not noticing any abnormal hair loss.

I haven't been taking these gummies long enough to know if they actually will help my weak nails, but at least I can report that they taste better than most other gummy food supplements I've taken.

This is a very good product. It helps your hair grow. It helps your fingernails get strong. However, at the price I paid, which was $25, I will likely never buy it again until the price comes back down. That is a ridiculously high price!

I absolutely love these gummies they have helped me tremendously with my hair skin and nails. My hair and nails have grown a lot in the past 3 months due to this and my skin have been struggling a bit idk if it's the biotin not absorbing too well but it's definitely helping with two of the things it says it does.
