I absolutely love these gummies they have helped me tremendously with my hair skin and nails. I bought these instead of the usual tablets I use.  Wow, these were glued to the inside of the container.  I even cut the jar open at the top and they still had to be pried from the sides.  After working at it for several minutes all of the contents came out in one big blob.  You might think that it would then be easy to separate the gummies, but nope!
