Out with the old in with the new

I bought this TV a few months ago. I had an LG OLED 65 in and it was an amazing TV, but then I saw the Samsung 78 in and was flabbergasted! It's so much brighter and more colorful than I could have ever hoped for. So I bought it a sold the LG. I will never go back.

Worth the Price?

I purchased my television during a Black Friday sale because I was told the price would not be that low in the future. It is still that same sale price two months later. Although it is a great picture, I'm not sure it is worth what I paid. I think I could have gotten something very comparable at a much lower price. I've noticed some quirks and am still trying to determine if it is the television or my provider.

Beautiful TV when it works

The picture is amazing…when the TV works. Received 1st tv, 3 weeks after installed, TV went dead. Samsung service was amazing. Showed up next day, replaced power supply with new “upgraded” one. That one lasted 2 weeks. Gave Samsung one more chance by replacing the TV (Costco) figured something else was wrong in the TV that was taking out the power supplies. So far that one has lasted 3 weeks. If this one fails, will replace with LG OLED TV.

Good Picture - a little clichly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new TV it has all the bells and whistles. I wanted to us the gestures feature but couldn't get it to work. The room really needs to be well lit for the gestures feature to work. The sound will sometimes not work when I turn to TV on. I have to restart the TV, then the sound will work.

Amazing clarity sound and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my samsung S90DD OLED as my primary television/entertainment source. The clarity is astounding, the sound is room filling and crystal clear. Amazing television for gaming and so much accessibility to utilize nearly any application and streaming service you choose. I will never give this television up it was a great investment. The price and quality simply can't be beat!

Excellent picture quality

Actual blackness in whatever you're watching. No more pixilated mess. Dark movies/ shows are an absolute dream to watch now. You can see everything. The screen itself is shiny, so any other lighting in the room will reflect on the screen while you are watching. So if you want light other than the screen, use backlighting.

Never Buy Samsung

We bought this TV 31/2 months ago. One day it just quit. Black screen. It took a couple weeks to have service come out, when they did they couldn’t do anything because it was mounted. Rescheduled second visit one week later, numerous texts and emails to remind me. However, the day they were to come it snowed 1 inch and I got NO message they were not coming. After a few calks I got the answer they were not coming. Rescheduled for another week. They came and replaced the mother board in 10 minutes. I have had washing machines last for a few years and then the mold was so bad I bought new ones. I then bought a Different brand. I bought a Samsung refrigerator and the ice machine quit working after 2 years. Throw away products.

Super Clear diaplay

Super crystal clear display and a plethora of visual and sound options to tune to your liking. All made to be easily accessible.

Great picture and connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for my pc, 4k 120hz gaming. It works well for it since even the earc port is 4k120. The picture quality is great, nothing bad I could possibly say about it so far. The only thing is, the base at the bottom is a bit thicker than the rest of the TV. That's what keeps this TV from being the 5 star TV that the s95 might have been for me.

Terrific Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stream everything I watch and a lot in 4K and it looks fantastic on this TV. You can't beat OLES, and especially this model. A little fine tuning, for instance turning off motion smoothing which Samsung calls Auto Motion Plus, and you have an amazing picture.
