I tried only one Chuy at a time at night. I ended up using two that did appear to assist a little bit in sleep. It did get me back on my sleep pattern for the subsequent days after I started taking two Chuy‘s.

Low dose so high effectiveness. Just can’t take any melatonin every day over and over. Gotta take a break every couple of days for it to really work well. Great price, even better taste and texture.

Great night sleep. I really like these Melatonin gummies. The strawberry flavor was really yummy and easy to chew. The bottle is pretty big with 200 gummies inside. The directions say to take 1 or up to 2 if needed. I have a hard time sleeping so I took 2 gummies! I was out! I’ll try 1 gummy next just to see if there is a difference. Overall I really liked these and would recommend them.

I’m not able to clearly tolerate melatonin that well had weird dreams however it does help you sleep, but just not a fan of the way. My personal reactions were to it, but that does not mean the product won’t work wonders for other so at this point I will have to recommend it, and recommend for other people to try it to see how they react to it

Tried these gummies and hard to tell if they work. My sleep hasn’t really improved, but I don’t know if I’ve used them long enough to really see the effects. They don’t make me sleep worse at least. They do taste yummy, but have what I feel is an unnecessary amount of sugar in them. I do like that they have natural ingredients for the coloring.

Sometimes I just can't sleep. I can be sitting in my recliner & yawning 20 times with one eye closed BUT when I lay down - its like WIDE AWAKE where am I. Well I'm gonna try these odd tasting things. So the 1st night they lasted apx. 3 hr. will try again. Think it may take awhile.

I really like the Olly gummy‘s, they seem to work really well. So you can imagine my surprise when I discovered the members mark gummy‘s have 5 mg of melatonin versus Olly’s 3 mg. If you need an extra little boost to get to sleep, these work really well. And I don’t feel hung over in the morning. I feel nice and rested.

The members mark melatonin gummies have a great flavor. The texture is a bit off though, they are more like a jelly rather than a gummy. That wasn’t really a deal breaker, it just caught me off guard at first. I am a horrible sleeper, so I figured I would give these a shot. The first week, I took 1 gummy before bed, and it really didn’t do anything for me. I started to take 2 every night, and started noticing a difference immediately. I felt relaxed instead of my mind racing like normal while trying to fall asleep, and for the most part I have slept all night, with the occasional wake up for a few seconds. This has truly helped my sleep, and I just hope that I can stay at the same dosage, and my body doesn’t need more to produce the same outcome.

Gummies were a perfect size and flavor. About the size of a regular candy gummie. Flavor is fantastic without any terrible aftertaste of artificial sweeteners. Bottle suggests using 1 or 2 gummies. I used 2 at a time before bed, only because I am a regular melatonin user. Found the product to be just as effective as any other 5mg melatonin product I have used. Definitely worked to achieve a restful and continuous 8 hour sleep. No lingering adverse effects after waking up, and no adverse digestive issues.

I have been dealing with severe insomnia for a while now and I've experimented with numerous brands in the past, but unfortunately, none of them provided any relief. Even the strong sleep medications I tried barely made a difference, so I was hesitant to give this one a shot. However, I'm grateful that I did because it has completely replaced all other medications for me. Although I still face challenges with insomnia, this particular product is definitely making a significant difference, even more so than my prescribed medications.
