My husband uses these melatonin gummies daily after work. He works night shift and sleeps during the day. He has a hard time sleeping through the noise of 4-5 children in our home. I’ll start by saying that I’m usually not a fan of gummies due to their sweetness, but these are not overly sweet. They are quite tasty! This is a good sized bottle that will last awhile. They are freely moving and not clumped together as I’ve found with other brands. They’re not super chewy but more of a softer gummy which I prefer. Other brands are sometimes very chewy and difficult to chew up into small pieces.
