No joke, these gummies will knock you out. I haven't taken melatonin in a lot of years, and I started taking these before bed for a few days, and I fell asleep way quicker than I normally do, and slept hard. Highly recommended-- they taste great too! Very berry!

I’ll start by saying that I’m usually not a fan of gummies due to their sweetness, but these are not overly sweet. They are quite tasty! This is a good sized bottle that will last awhile. They are freely moving and not clumped together as I’ve found with other brands. Most importantly, I’ve found that if I take this about 30 min before going to bed I feel that I’m able to fall asleep much easier!

I use melatonin gummies every night to go to sleep. These work great and for the price and amount you get .. even better. You get significantly more from members mark than other brands. They’re not super chewy but more of a softer gummy which I prefer. Other brands are sometimes very chewy and difficult to chew up into small pieces.

As someone who needs some help winding down occasionally I was pleased to see Members Mark Brand. This is a very pleasant tasting gummy that is easily consumed. It truly helps to create a nice deep slumber. The 200 tablet size is cheaper than the others and the shelf and works great.

LOVE this melatonin. It tasted absolutely delicious. I cut one gummy in half for my preteens and it works perfectly to help them get to sleep. I also only need a half gummy. Helps me fall asleep and takes away the anxiety of not being able to fall asleep. This is a great value and the only brand melatonin we purchase.

5 mg gummies to help aid you in sleep! No grogginess in the morning. I find that 2 gummies at 10mg work a little better for me. Gummies are also very good both in texture and flavor. I would recommend these to anyone who needs help falling asleep! It kicks in after about 20-30 minutes.

I used the Melatonin gummies every night for two weeks. The taste is not bad, I just did not have much success with getting better sleep using them. They may work for others. Maybe my tolerance level affected the effectiveness on me.
