This was my first time trying melatonin and I was a little hesitant but I’ve been having a lot of issues getting a good nights sleep lately. Not only did the gummies smell and taste great, I slept like a baby and didn’t wake up feeling groggy. Would definitely recommend to anyone experiencing sleep issues!

Tried these gummies and hard to tell if they work. My sleep hasn’t really improved, but I don’t know if I’ve used them long enough to really see the effects. They don’t make me sleep worse at least. They do taste yummy, but have what I feel is an unnecessary amount of sugar in them. I do like that they have natural ingredients for the coloring.

The members mark melatonin gummies have a great flavor. The texture is a bit off though, they are more like a jelly rather than a gummy. That wasn’t really a deal breaker, it just caught me off guard at first. I am a horrible sleeper, so I figured I would give these a shot. The first week, I took 1 gummy before bed, and it really didn’t do anything for me. I started to take 2 every night, and started noticing a difference immediately. I felt relaxed instead of my mind racing like normal while trying to fall asleep, and for the most part I have slept all night, with the occasional wake up for a few seconds. This has truly helped my sleep, and I just hope that I can stay at the same dosage, and my body doesn’t need more to produce the same outcome.

I have been dealing with severe insomnia for a while now and I've experimented with numerous brands in the past, but unfortunately, none of them provided any relief. Even the strong sleep medications I tried barely made a difference, so I was hesitant to give this one a shot. However, I'm grateful that I did because it has completely replaced all other medications for me. Although I still face challenges with insomnia, this particular product is definitely making a significant difference, even more so than my prescribed medications.

So I wanted to give these a try. And I was not disappointed. The flavor is pretty good. Doesn’t leave an aftertaste. I only needed to take one before bed And I noticed that I was able to fall asleep quickly and able to fall back to sleep easier, if woken.

I’ve tried a lot of different melatonin products. This is the first gummy version I’ve tried. I got similar results to the pill form with this product. Gummies tasted good. & I slept pretty good on the one gummy. May need to take 2 to stay asleep for a full 8 hours though.

Gummies were a perfect size and flavor. About the size of a regular candy gummie. Flavor is fantastic without any terrible aftertaste of artificial sweeteners. Bottle suggests using 1 or 2 gummies. I used 2 at a time before bed, only because I am a regular melatonin user. Found the product to be just as effective as any other 5mg melatonin product I have used. Definitely worked to achieve a restful and continuous 8 hour sleep. No lingering adverse effects after waking up, and no adverse digestive issues.

I was excited to receive this large bottle of 200 gummies. If you're like me, you might struggle to get a solid 7 hours of sleep at least twice a week, so anything natural that promises to aid sleep is welcome.Plus, taking just one a day meant the bottle would last at least 6 months. What's not to love? And they were chewable. However, after a week, I found they didn't work for me. I didn't experience the increase in sleep I had hoped for. I didn't want to increase the dose and risk feeling groggy. Additionally, I didn't like how the gummies stuck to my teeth. They aren't as gelatinous as gummy candy. I can't quite explain it—just be sure to brush your teeth after taking them. Personally, I feel capsules of the same dosage work better for me. On the other hand, my husband loved the product. He increased his dosage to two daily and said they helped him stay asleep without any grogginess when he woke up.

So I’ve tried melatonin before but never a chewable gummy. I will say these work faster than the tablets. I’m drowsy in about 30 minutes. They flavor us actually pretty good too. Only knock is that melatonin causes strange dreams for me. But I sleep sound all night long.

Great night sleep. I really like these Melatonin gummies. The strawberry flavor was really yummy and easy to chew. The bottle is pretty big with 200 gummies inside. The directions say to take 1 or up to 2 if needed. I have a hard time sleeping so I took 2 gummies! I was out! I’ll try 1 gummy next just to see if there is a difference. Overall I really liked these and would recommend them.
