I chose to review this item because I am a single mother who finds it hard to sleep. I rarely take medicine or recreational medicine to sleep, but thought it would help me to get the proper rest when I could. This pill was quite tasty and it was a good portion size for consumption. I fell asleep within 45 minutes of taking. I have no idea if this is normal of a sleeping pill, but the routine was that I got drowsy then fell asleep. I suppose it’s working like it should. I haven’t tried any other sleeping medication but this one.

This was for my son who has issue sleeping at night. He took one over the night. He said "I am not sure if it was because I was tired, or for the pill, but my eyes has gotten so heavy after I took one last night and slept well until this morning". I am a happy mom that my son was able to sleep well.

Pros: these gummies smell really good. These gummies taste very good. Con: I didn't feel like these gummies made me sleep any better than normal. They did make me feel slightly drowsy, but after I fell asleep I do not think my sleep was any more sound than it always is.

I have used a few brands and types of melatonin gummies, this will be my new go to! First the flavor is great, the texture is like a gummy bear vs the gum drop… which is huge for me! I love the chew of the gummy texture mixed with the flavor… need to remind myself they aren’t candy! They work great I have got some great sleep with them the last few nights, I wake up rested and not groggy! Highly recommend these to everyone!

Honestly No complaints. Flavor is good reminds me of the elderberry gummies. Has a great texture and it doesn't leave a chalky taste. Noticed effects about 20 minutes after taking one. I do recommend taking a half and then the other half is necessary.

I take the recommended amount before going to bed. I get uninterrupted sleep and I'm well rested when I wake up in the morning.

The Member’s Mark Melatonin Gummies work very well. The flavor is pretty good and are a great value! I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a Melatonin supplement.

This melatonin gummy tastes really really delicious. They smell amazing as wwll!! It does help promote good sleep but not make you so sleepy that you can't wake in the middle of the the night in case you have children.
