They do not taste good, but they work. Definitely helps with getting to sleep if your sleep cycle has been disrupted for whatever reason.

I tried only one Chuy at a time at night. I ended up using two that did appear to assist a little bit in sleep. It did get me back on my sleep pattern for the subsequent days after I started taking two Chuy‘s.
