I used the Melatonin gummies every night for two weeks. The taste is not bad, I just did not have much success with getting better sleep using them. They may work for others. Maybe my tolerance level affected the effectiveness on me.

Not gonna lie. I was a Zzquil kinda guy. Im a veteran and retired trooper and have massive PTSD and anxiety. Libed on Zzquil. Sleep was never an issue once I fell alseep. These are excellent Melatonin gummies! The flavor is good and they work as well as the chewable tablets I have taken. The bottle is a good size for storage, easy to find and grab in a cabinet. It is also child proof but easy for an adult to open.
