The melatonin gummies are wonderful! I am fast asleep in 30 minutes and should I wake up in the middle of the night it does not take long to fall back asleep.

First off let me say these are the best tasting gummies. Now that-that is out of the way, let’s move on to do they work. The answer to that question is a definite yes. I have taken other forms of melatonin, some that did not seem to work for me. I have to take more than the recommended dosage but I do with other products as well. As I said before, they taste great and I will be purchasing these going forward. Kids will like them in this form, if needed. The price for the amount you get is a great deal, even if you have to take more than one.
