Good purchase

Purchased August 2019. No problems great workhorse of a unit. The 2 motors have lots of power. Easy to drain and clean.

one hot hot tub

Worth the wait. It’s such a awesome tub for the money. Jets have a lot of power and the lights with the waterfall are amazing. It comfortably seats 4-5 adults. I would highly recommend.

Strong jets, but can’t sit 7 adults

Okay what I like: Strong jets, value price, Clearwater Spa’s great customer service What I don’t like: You sit high compared to a Hot Springs hot tub, this is NOT an adult 7 seater - maybe 3 adults

Always looks gross

Water levels and staining are unmanageable.

Hello Robin! We thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with staining. These shells are white plastic and they get dirty quickly. I would advise to stay on top of cleaning the shell like once a month. You can use SoftScrub or vinegar to clean off stains and if the stains are stubborn stains you can use 100 grit sandpaper and lightly sand the surface. Dirt tends to stick to the plastic surface easily. Make sure to keep your cover on when not in use.

Far too shallow

34" is not sufficient.

Hello! We are sorry to hear that your hot tub is not meeting your expectations. The deep seating is meant to allow the best soak possible with the water being filled a few inches above the highest jet, or approx. 6" below the top of the spa. Your feedback will be shared with our team. We hope you find the perfect fill level to enjoy the spa and make the most of your investment in your well-being. Happy soaking!
