This is a GREAT HOT TUB! Many jets and very powerful! Four people fit comfortably, maybe a fifth. The features are great including varying seat depths and the mini waterfall. The two pumps are powerful and maintain heat very well when the cover is off. What viewers need to know is that the hookup by a professional is expensive. Paid $750 for a licensed electrician (1st quote was $1,970 but thankfully received a separate 2nd quote of $750. Keep this in mind when paying the price. I see other companies sell same spa for many thousands more!

For the price you can not beat this deal! Seats 6 easily, 7 adults would be pushing it. The only con you will need an electrician to install the spa to include an additional $150 - $200 worth of require materials (breaker box, 50 amp) plus you will need to additional spaces in your current breaker box to run the wires to power the spa. The other thing we wish it had is a Bluetooth speaker install. The overall value is great. The installed lightning system is very nice using it late at night.

We watched a lot of youtube videos on the Lifesmart Coronado which is basically the same hot tub but only has one pump and fewer jets. We bought this from Sams on sale and are super happy with it. The hot tub arrived two weeks ahead of the schedule date, everything was communicated and scheduled online. The delivery company was awesome and moved the pallet to the edge of my driveway next to our grass. The hot tub came completely wrapped in plastic, so me and two friends slid it off the pallet onto a moving blanket on the grass keeping it vertical like it came on the pallet. I pulled/steered while my two friends pushed. It was a breeze to slide across our grass and slid it onto another moving blanket on our concrete patio to slide it in place. Super easy! The electrician wired everything up which took him under twenty minutes. We absolutely love it. The surface isn't as smooth as acrylic but not as rough as other reviews made it out to be. The jets are very powerful. We fit four adults comfortably, could fit more but you'd be rubbing legs for sure.

We wanted a hot tub, but didn’t want to spend $8-12,000. We found this one and reviews and features were good, so we decided to take a chance. We love it! It’s a bit textured, but it doesn’t hurt and it’s nice to not slip around. Jets are powerful, has a waterfall and lights, everything we need. Fits 4 adults comfortably. Pick up a few $7 pillows from amazon and it’s perfect! Definitely recommend.

Less than 2 years old, if over heated somehow when the settings were set at 90 degrees. The water was boiling. I had to turn off the breaker them suddenly it started leaking form the bottom. How do I get a warranty claim started?

I do not recommend buying this hot tub from Sams Club. It arrived 5 days ahead of schedule with no call or coordination from the shipper. I came home and they left it in the middle of my driveway.

This is a great spa for the money and it's very comfortable. The only issue we had was figuring out how to use the temperature. Once we did it's worked great. We love it.

Bought it in August 2020 been sitting on a cement slab behind my garage for just shy of 3 years. Been set at 103 degrees ran through 3 winter's no leaks no issues. This is my third spa unbelievably energy efficient. Great Spa

we had ours for 3 years and then it started leaking can't get anyone to fix it I tried everything myself but the Jets are impossible to tighten to make sure they're not leaking and that's what I was told to try also I've tried several different sizes of hex wrenches that go into the jet to turn and not one fits perfectly not standard or metric so it's got to be a half size . call the manufacturer but of course they don't cover them so I just have a big brick in my yard I cannot use . the pumps are great but no service. I would not recommend unless you have somewhere to burn it in your yard after it starts leaking
