For the price you can not beat this deal! Seats 6 easily, 7 adults would be pushing it. The only con you will need an electrician to install the spa to include an additional $150 - $200 worth of require materials (breaker box, 50 amp) plus you will need to additional spaces in your current breaker box to run the wires to power the spa. The other thing we wish it had is a Bluetooth speaker install. The overall value is great. The installed lightning system is very nice using it late at night.

I bought one of these 3 years ago from Sams and after 3 years the small return jet nozzles in the wall that distribute water into the hot tub started failing. They are threaded into a plastic part that injects air with the water. Those threads have broken on two nozzles so far (part RD201-1006) and I have been unable to get identical replacements. I think the return nozzles in newer models are slightly different and no one supports the making older parts. I tried getting what were supposedly exact replacement parts on-line, but they are not the same. The Spa in not useable without these parts. I regret not going with one of the more reputable long time brands that have good parts and support options if you need them.

We bought this last year and in the instructions it states that you can install the electrical one of three different ways. We chose to use a method in the middle wanting to save a little electricity. At first things ran smoothly enough, but then we kept getting FLO error and when we reached out to the manufacturer for help they told us we had wired it wrong. Only one of the three different ways is the right way and now they refuse to help us unless we spend hundred of dollars to rewire it. Horrible customer service.

This is a GREAT HOT TUB! Many jets and very powerful! Four people fit comfortably, maybe a fifth. The features are great including varying seat depths and the mini waterfall. The two pumps are powerful and maintain heat very well when the cover is off. What viewers need to know is that the hookup by a professional is expensive. Paid $750 for a licensed electrician (1st quote was $1,970 but thankfully received a separate 2nd quote of $750. Keep this in mind when paying the price. I see other companies sell same spa for many thousands more!

Bought this model in May, came end of July but the shipping company didn’t have tub secured and was found sideways sitting on a couple floor jacks in semi. Not the companies fault but didn’t sign for it not knowing what damage was done. Received new tub that wasn’t bouncing around in semi and looked like the shipper was much more careful this time! Too another couple weeks. We used to have an acrylic tub and this one has a rougher texture which I don’t might, but sediment and foaming like crazy. There is a ring around the tub that I wipe out frequently but still stained it appears. This is our first fill. And not sure why we can’t get the chemical balance right, wasn’t an issue with last tub. I will be taking water sample to local hot tub store to see if we can figure out why it’s foaming so much and see why we can’t achieve balance with pH, hardness, etc. also, the cover definitely is not gonna hold up to winter use in wisconsin, so I’m planning on getting a heavier cover for it as well. No leaks, was easy to hook up. Jets are awesome! Love the light colors and water fall! Just a couple issues as above.

We bought this hot tub as our Christmas present to ourselves. We really like the size and how he jets feel. However, we much prefer the smooth acrylic or fiberglass finish of our old spa to the surface of this one, as it was much easier to keep clean. We've had a problem trying to keep this white lining clean both at and above the water line on the sides and on the flat side surfaces. The instruction manual says you should be able to clean with mild cleaner, but this has been a big problem for us. The white top where the control panel gets very discolored all along it and will no longer come completely clean after only 5 months. We're not sure where the discoloration is coming from. Also, the side panel of the spa (on the same side as the filter) has warped. What can be done to fix or replace this panel please? We too have had problems where we fill the tub so that the upper jets are under water when the spa is empty. Then when my husband and I get in, some of the water spills over the top of the tub. Then when you go to get out, the water level is now below some of the top jets where you get pummeled with water in your face and body when you try to get out. Then you have to add water back to the spa again and repeat the cycle. Lastly, I've recently had spine surgery, so we drained and cleaned the spa for when we can start using it again. Where is the serial number located please? I have the Sam's Item # and model #, but may need the serial number to address these issues. Bottom line is the that this tub is excellent at the $3500 range we paid for it. If it is not on sale or clearance, wait until it is. Very powerful and just enough features. 34” is more than deep enough unless you are very tall (my husband is 6’3”). The comparisons of the surface to sand paper are ridiculous and just inaccurate. The surface is TEXTURED to prevent you from slipping. The “gritty” feel is a little aggressive/rough initially but wears down after time. The slip resistant feature is a GREAT BONUS (google slip, trips and falls in spas/hot tubs if you do not believe me). Be prepared to place the tub where you want as it is delivered curbside strapped vertically to a pallet. We were able to pull it around our yard to the backyard using a hand jack. This is definetly not a high end tub with all the extras but is powerful and reliable purchase. It is the Toyota Camry of the Hot Tub world. If you want a Mercedes equivalent, go to your local Pool & Spa wholesaler.

We bought this hot tub last year, shipping took about 4-6wks which gave me plenty of time to finish the area it was going. Set up was very easy but you do need an electrician & 220 amp circuit. Since install it has worked flawlessly. The jets are plenty powerful and on the highest setting they’re too much for too long and we usually have to turn the power down. I love it so far and would definitely recommend this hot tub to anyone.

First time hot tub owner. Can’t beat the price and value. Read a review saying that the interior finish of this feels like sandpaper; that could not be more inaccurate. Love our hot tub so far! I would say having 4-5 ppl in it is more reasonable than 7

We watched a lot of youtube videos on the Lifesmart Coronado which is basically the same hot tub but only has one pump and fewer jets. We bought this from Sams on sale and are super happy with it. The hot tub arrived two weeks ahead of the schedule date, everything was communicated and scheduled online. The delivery company was awesome and moved the pallet to the edge of my driveway next to our grass. The hot tub came completely wrapped in plastic, so me and two friends slid it off the pallet onto a moving blanket on the grass keeping it vertical like it came on the pallet. I pulled/steered while my two friends pushed. It was a breeze to slide across our grass and slid it onto another moving blanket on our concrete patio to slide it in place. Super easy! The electrician wired everything up which took him under twenty minutes. We absolutely love it. The surface isn't as smooth as acrylic but not as rough as other reviews made it out to be. The jets are very powerful. We fit four adults comfortably, could fit more but you'd be rubbing legs for sure.
