Very bad glare experience

Very poor screen appearance for the money I paid for this TV. Very unhappy. There is a very obvious, blatant light bulb refection on the TV screen that is caused by a standard basic light fixture located on the ceiling nearby where the TV is set up. The light's glare on the TV screen is always present and makes for a horrible viewing pleasure. Your TV screen should have been designed much better so that it reflected.

For improved glare control, we recommend repositioning the TV to avoid direct light or consulting a professional installer. Samsung’s Glare Free screen is available starting with the QN90F Neo QLED 4K, while Anti Reflection technology is included on select models beginning with the S85F OLED and above. Good picture

Terrible remote. I.have to look up what anything on there is and sometimes that works sometimes not. I’m 81 years old and there isn’t much on there that I can figure out on my own. Why can’t the remote tell you what it does. Never had any problem with my previous. I guess this is for very savy people. Even this review is hard to use—like I can’t get back to the top of this block that I’m typing in

Two lines runneth through my screen

After about one week, there are two thin purple lines the go across the entire screen. One horizontal across the middle and a vertical one about a foot over from the left side. It’s too much trouble to remove from the wall bracket so I just decided to live with it. But definitely disappointed with the quality of this tv.

Beautiful picture!

The unit has a beautiful picture, but as far as ease of use, that's another story. I have 4 Samsung TV's and this one for some reason is very difficult to navigate. I can't add apps that I view and always have to go to search to find them, which is annoying.

TV with clear picture

My husband purchased this TV a couple of months ago. So far so good. The picture is extremely clear. My daughter said that the clearness makes it looks as if you are in the scene. The remote is a little different though. When I use the remote to try to adjust the volume, I accidentally end up turning to a Samsung channel or something else. That's not a deal breaker for me. So far I am happy with the purchase.

Samsung85" DU7200

The television's image quality is satisfactory. However, comparable models are currently available at a more competitive price point. Given the observed price fluctuations, it may be prudent to delay the purchase. The television was acquired two weeks ago for $750, and the price subsequently decreased to $697 within two days.

Extremely high value for the price!

Frankly, we were surprised at the high level of performance of this television at such a modest price point. Image is bright and tack sharp with rich colors, bright whites and absolute blacks. Sound performance is really impressive and rich coming from the internal speakers... I haven't felt the need to use any external amplifier & speaker source as of yet.

Great tv, lots of tv Goodies

Great tv, works fine but cannot give it 5 stars as it will not allow me to play my nil plus without great difficulty. Had I known this I would not have bought the tv. At times I feel the control could be easier to use. Great picture, we use surround sound by Bose, Lots of tv goodies.

Not for the older folks.

As we get older we need to add things to help us hear the TV shows better. After I made this purchase I found I need to purchase an item to help me hear the TV better. I also purchased the same item for my 65 inch tv. Everything worked well with that tv. How ever this tv lacks the ability for me to have the necessary hearing unit to connect to this tv. The optical ability is needed. I have to consider returning this unit and purchasing a unit that addresses my needs.

Delivery mishap

Shipping complaint

Before I start on the shipping I would like to say I love this TV and was satisfied with the pricing. My complaint is with the shipper. This is a very large TV and I have a bad back. The guy that delivered it was obviously having problems. He asked if I could help, I could not. When he was taking it off the truck the box fell over and hit the ground hard. Luckily the manufacturers pack these well enough that they can withstand that kind of fall. He then got it loaded on a dolly and brought it inside. I do not blame the driver for this cluster but the shipping company for not having a two man team for these deliveries.
