Enjoyed my Samsung

Great clarity and great sound. Easy to set up, Unfortunately tvs last June eliminated some ports and I had to buy new headphones. More unfortunately I accidentally knocked over the tv and now need to buy a new one less than a year later. Screen damaged

Great TV but bad remote control

The TV itself is great, images are sharp, and colors are brilliant, however, the remote control is not as user friendly as the old Samsung remotes. I especially dislike the up and down toggle to change volume and the channels. I prefer a larger remote with the push button features which are so much easier to use.

Crazy good.

Have the model for 8 months and couldn’t be happier. Samsung is now the only tv we buy. Nothing else beats the quality and reliability that Samsung delivers every time. Learned this from production company I work for. We had sixty in stock for clients and conventions. Never a problem. That’s hard to say in Today’s world!

Size

We own several Samsung TV sets. Unfortunately, the build quality of this set is not what I am accustomed to in a Samsung TV. The 45" Samsung set we bought in 2008 and replaced with this one has better picture quality. The colors look washed out, the sound level is stuck at 15, and can be neither raised or lowered. And the flimsy back covering makes the set appear cheap. The price is great for a set this large, but build quality was substantially compromised.

This TV has made our home more efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love out new TV. We don’t have traditional cable so we had to install multiple apps to stream our favorite content. Our only wish is for the interface to be simpler to use and customize. The learning curve on where things are was much longer than our previous TV, but after a couple of weeks we adapted to it but we prefer our old one. The one thing we love about our new TV is how it has made our house more efficient. Unbeknownst to us, all of our Samsung appliances talk to each other and we now get alerts if one of the kids leaves the door fridge open, or if the microwave food is ready. The alerts at the top of the screen are helpful but not intrusive. The picture quality is also amazing. We paired it with a Samsung sound bar and we have theater quality experience when watching movies, or simply streaming music through the device. Overall, we give it 4 out of 5 stars. If the Home Screen was easier to use - this would be a 5.

Somewhat disappointed

I bought this unit based on a previous Samsung 40 inch tv that we purchased some 8 years ago. The picture quality of the old unit was quite a bit better than the new one. 23 steps to the left or right of center and the picture fades considerably. Didn’t have that issue with the old one. But the price was very good.

Great TV do recommend.

Not that happy with this tv.

We've always liked Samsung products. This time, we bought a 65 inch crystal screen tv. The picture is great. However, the sound has to be turned up high (35-50, or more) to comfortably listen to. Movies are much worse. I learned that the volume limit is 100. We've had in the high 80s for movies. I'm very disappointed in this aspect.

There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. I hope this helps improve your audio experience. Love the clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed that the connection to the internet is so erratic. My WiFi is strong and near the tv. Also, other devices are connected. But the tv frequently loses connection even though it says it is connected to the internet.

Mostly satisfied

Have had my Samsung for a short period. Been satisfied for the most part. Have had a problem with it communicating with an AT&T wireless router. It has decided not to communicate. Then a day later it connects back up. Don’t understand why. Other than that, have enjoyed the TV
