Good TV

Bought this TV bout 10 months ago I do love the size and picture the only issue I have is trying to connect with AirPlay. I was only able to connect 1 or 2 times then I would get an error message. I went with this TV due to the AirPlay feature and wish it had another HDMI port and an optical for soundbar.

Fantastic TV with easy, fast setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this tv to replace a 10+ year old 1st generation Samsung smart TV that stll worked perfectly but was not able to download new streaming apps. (We finally cut the cord!) The setup of my new DU7200D was totally seamless. The easiest tv I have ever set up. It even connected automatically to my 8 year old Samsung soundbar. Total time to unbox, setup, register, and connect to 4 streaming apps was less than 20 minutes. This tv is in our bedroom and the 43" size is perfect. Picture quality is fantastic. Good light balancing when room is dark or with all the lights on. Colors are vivid and natural and the blacks are black. Love the connectivity availability with my Samsung smart phone. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great value.

Excellent visual experience. Good quality.

I bought my tv a couple of months ago and am happy with this purchase but I with I had bought a Roku tv. I hate the remote that came with this tv. It is too skinny and I don't like how it moves through the channels. Unless you have super skinny fingers it's too easy to mess up what you are trying to do. I tried to purchase a different remote but they are all the same for this particular TV. Ugh.

Everything I needed

I love all the features and the extra free channels. The ease of setting it up , adding devices and getting help when I needed from Samsung technical team. The only thing I don’t like is the power cord not made where it can be pushed in and stay securely connected. The cord to the TV comes out really easy with little bumping, or having to move the TV, to where I want to tape it in place, or put super glue on the outside of the connector to hold it in place. Other than that it is a very good, clear, vibrant colorful pictures, excellent sound and is lightweight. Well worth the price.

Very good buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good choice for a television. Am very pleased with pic. quality ease of setup. Connected to WiFi very easy procedure. Love the Samsung channels built into their sets. I haven’t made it to the end of the list yet. I start scrolling to see how many channels their are and end up finding something to watch.

Step up.

We own 3 sizes a 43", 60" and 75". We happy overall with products Great picture and decent sound. One complaint is that sometimes the apps don't load and require them to be re-installed but as we have "cut the cable cord" a smart TV is a must. Since we have a 2nd home the ability to watch under one account is a real plus.

Extremely Disappointed

The size and price of the television was a good value. However, the remote control is extremely difficult to use and actually prevents us from watching the television at all. We purchased this one for our bedroom and we’re going to get a larger for our family room. We definitely won’t be buying another disaster like this.

Ten outta ten this tv does it all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint I have is, that it doesn't have a power button on the TV itself. Other than that, the picture is crisp and sharp with vivid colors. The sound is incredible, it somehow manages to sound like your in a theater. Hands down the best TV I've owned. Highly recommend.

Cannot connect soundbar no audio port

I recently purchased a tcl 55” tv. Had to return it because I could not get certain channels we really love to watch. Returned and purchases a Samsung Crystal UHD 7200D tv. We Cannot connect our soundbar. Why why why ???? On earth do you remove certain things people really use? So we have to spend more money?? This world is ridiculous and businesses just go along with it. Sorry. I needed to rant a little but really why?

Sound/Audio Issue.

We've had the Samsung TV since June 2024. The picture is very good. We've had some trouble with the audio/sound. When changing channels, sometimes the sound "pops" and we lose sound on the new channel. If we turn the TV off for a few seconds and turn it back on, the sound returns to normal. I plan to call Samsung customer/technical service to discuss this issue the next time we experience the problem.
