Extremely Disappointed

The size and price of the television was a good value. However, the remote control is extremely difficult to use and actually prevents us from watching the television at all. We purchased this one for our bedroom and we’re going to get a larger for our family room. We definitely won’t be buying another disaster like this.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is used in my living room. Great picture. Color is amazing. Just set up so not familiar with all the features. Can't wait to try the gaming it looks amazing with the dynamics and color. Will have to take down though have learned not to put a tv up again till trying on floor first. Has an huge oblong mark looks like a puddle within the bottom of the screen. Can't wait to try all the features. Quick to turn on and set up.

Would not recommend

I bought this a month ago and the color and sound were great. I would have rated it a 5 but within 30 days it stopped working, no picture or sound. I've had several Samsung TV's and really liked them but lately seems like there are several problems with them.

Great picture but some concerns

The picture is great and it looks good in our great room. My only concern is that every single time I watch a different streaming service-Peacock, Netflix etc. I have to completely log in-it is extremely frustrating and annoying. Can’t even get Paramount Plus on the tv without a twenty step process every time. Our first and last Samsung tv.

The reason I love my samsung tv

Don't buy

Crappy remote. Why no Mic? No access to mic. What was the reason? A basic feature that has been around for a very long time. Can be used with Alexa, oh goody. A device that gets things wrong a large percentage of the time and conversations end with yelling, so yay, put two lacking devices together so a company can save a few pennies. Also nothing intuitive about this interface, regret purchase is a challenge everyday.

However, they do work with Alexa. You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. Our DU8000 TV Series and above offer voice command and built-in voice assistants. We also understand there can be a learning curve when you get a new TV! This is why we have built a guide built into the TV that teaches you how to use your remote. You can learn how to use your Samsung Remote by going to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide. I love this wonderful TV!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new Samsung UHD 85" TV is super special. It has crystal clear picture, beautiful bright colors and wonderful sound. It has predownloaded apps. (Netflix, Hulu, and Prime video, etc.), TV music stations (R&B,Pop, Dance, country, etc.), TV guide and TV channels. The TV is Bluetooth ready to connect to our phone, ear phones, speakers and sound bars. It's able to surf the internet. I love this TV. I am so happy to have recently purchased it.

TV doesn't work.

I bought a Saimsung because I liked the quality. But I've nothing but trouble trying to have repaired.. I bougt 9 months ago and after no luck getting it working by a phone call. a repair man was sent out a week later. he decided the part he needed was not in his truck and an appointment was made a week later when told the part had come in. Yesterrday he came back to put the new sensor in only to find a corroded part in the box they sent him. Now we must wait for his 3rd visit and hope it will work. Very disappionted!

NO MULTI VIEW, NOT HAPPY!!!

It's a great TV but it doesn't have the multi view option which had I known this it would have played a big part in my purchasing this model. It does not have any multi view or split screens option which is very disappointing. It has all these features but is missing this important one which would be great for sports fans as myself to watch multiple games at the same time. Would have been great on such a big screen!! :(( Also, the remote is horrible!! Why would you make the volume and channel buttons like this!

Great Samsung TV

Our old TV that were replacing was one of the first LED Samsung and has been excellent since we purchased it. So certainly I wanted to take a look at the newer Samsung and what they had to offer. And comparing to other brands, the Samsung that we chose offered just as good or if not better quality enhancements for TV viewing and pleasure. We purchased a new house and certainly had space for a nice 65 inch TV. We’ve had the TV for about a month and I’m extremely pleased. The overall picture quality is excellent and the sound quality is a lot better than I expected. The ease of use and instructions was very helpful and setting up this TV. I do like the Wi-Fi smart TV enhancement. You don’t have to see wires to actually watch TV. This has been a good purchase for our family and the T.V. has been exceptional
