We are thoroughly enjoying our new Samsung TV, however, I wish the remote was lit in order to make it easier to use it in the dark.

Setup was simple for me a senior citizen will limited knowledge of modern technology. Quality of picture exceeds my expectations.

This is the second model we've purchased in the last year because it's crap. Done with Samsung all together.

I love my Samsung television, but the silly thing comes back on about 30 seconds every night after I shut it off?? Why is that?

Nice picture. Sound is a bit distant no matter the volume used. We would buy again but use a sound bar.

I like the TV and everything, but it does not have the feature where I can ask a push-up button and ask for what I want to play Something like Alexa
