We bought this mattress about six months ago. At first, it was fine. We had no issues. But now we both wake up with our backs hurting so bad. You sink into the mattress and there's a little support now that it's been used for six months. My husband says when you try to roll over it feels like rolling up a mountain because you sunk down so low into the mattress. I read the reviews and chose this mattress for the price and mostly positive reviews. I wish I would've went with something that was more expensive and better quality maybe it would've lasted longer than six months. We've already ordered a new mattress.

I purchased this mattress hoping for an inexpensive alternative to the name brand foam mattresses. My opinion is that it is way too soft. You sink into it making it hard to change positions. If you sleep solely on your back, it may be ok, but as one that rolls around, not so much. I will be returning it to get something firmer. But, the Sam's experience was fine. I received it a day or too early and they were good about updating me so I could track the shipment.

Very rarely does anything actually help my back stop hurting but this mattress did. It would take 20 minutes for my back to unstiffen every morning with other newer mattress. So went with this one based on reviews and yes it does improve back support. I now wake up and my pain level is so much lower. Within 5 min I feel good. Also I can sleep on my side and not feel back pain in morning. On my other mattress I would have a stiff back all day if I slept on my side. This bed feels a little firm at first but then you slowly sink in just enough.

My sister spent $3,700+ on a Queen Tempur-Cloud Luxe 13" Mattress by Tempur-Pedic and she LOVES it. I loved it too after spending 3 nights on it - - - PURE LUXURY but I cannot afford the price. I told her I decided to purchase a Tempur-Pedic 12" for my guest room when it really was Sam's Club Night Therapy Elite 12" MyGel® Ultimate Memory Foam Mattress. She came to my house for 4 days & loved my Foam Mattress too & could not really tell the difference between the 12" & the 13" mattress. When she was packing up to leave, I told her my total cost was $491 INCLUDING shipping to my home, that is NOT a Tempur-Pedic & it was a Sam's Club purchase. She was sick about all the money she wasted. She could have purchased 7 Sam’s Club queen size mattresses for what she paid for 1 Tempur-Pedic! I purchased the Sam’s Club mattress for my guestroom. I truly love it so I am buying another Sam's Club Night Therapy Elite 12" MyGel® Ultimate Memory Foam Mattress for MY bedroom. Two drawbacks – whether the mattress is from Sam’s Club or Tempur-Pedic both mattresses do have an “odor” that lasts a few days. I unrolled the mattress, opened the windows, turned the ceiling fan on and placed 6 Snuggle dryer sheets weighted down by various household items. Four days later there no longer is an odor, so I put a clean mattress pad & clean sheets on the bed. I’ve slept in my guestroom several nights and can’t wait to get my Master Bedroom Mattress from Sam’s Club. The second drawback is major. If you buy it for a guestroom, your guest may NEVER leave or if it is for your bedroom, it is tough getting out of bed because it is soooooooooo comfortable! PEACE from Michigan

I had put off purchasing a much needed new mattress for several years because of the hefty price of the most popular brand name models. I had no idea I could get such quality for such a low price. This is a great quality bed, ordered at midnight and delivered a day later. Assumed it's flat shape almost immediately and we did not experience any of the strong oder mentioned in other reviews. I highly recommend this mattress.

It felt great to lay on but was to soft woke up every time I wanted to roll over because the softness in cased my body & I'd have to lift myself up to roll over. Woke up back achy every morning husband too Also sleeps hot too. Switched to a Serta coil bed w a 2" memory foam topper sleeps Great ! Bought it at Sams too! Sleeps cool & comfy

We bought this for our other bedroom. Since my wife goes to bed much earlier than I do we purchased this mattress for our guest bedroom where I most often end up sleeping. We have a $5k Cal. King Tempurpedic in the master bedroom with all the bells and whistles. We've had that one for over six years. This Night Therapy Elite mattress is just as good as the Tempurpedic. It may be a little softer than the Tempurpedic but I find it to be just as good. Whenver I would oversleep on the old spring mattress in this room I would wake up with a terrible back ache. Not anymore! My back feels just fine. I highly recommend this for anyone considering a Tempurpedic or similar bed. A great value for the money.

Arrived quickly, immediatly removed original "sealy posturpedic" and replaced with Night Therapy Elite 12" MyGel® Ultimate Memory Foam Mattress....Takes a little getting used to, very firm but very supportive and no more pressure points, 1 week in and happy we made the change, much less tossing and turning and sleep better, deeper!

I am a 6 foot tall 200 lbs. male side/stomach sleeper. One leg straight, the other slightly bent, like a figure 4. I tend to sleep hot. This USED to be the main reason for me not sleeping well. I have been through 6 mattresses in 6 years and can finally stop "searching'. This is it. THE ONE. Aside from staying cool all night long # it was 90 here in Seattle yesterday & I don't have A/C # sleeping on this mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. I find myself wandering upstairs on weekends for a little "power-nap". I sometimes wonder if I'm addicted to the comfort of the mattress, but I justify it by saying " I could be wasting my time watching tv"! I am beginning to replace all of my mattresses @ my 2 VRBO's in Phoenix with this mattress. Even if they only last a couple of years, for the price, I will have considered it 1 of my better investments. BTW- just as important & equally to blame for a bad nights sleep could be your pillow. In my experience, with my sleeping style, I have found that a solid "sheet-cake" type gel-infused pillow works best. Finally, no backache, no neckache, not too hot.. Only took me 50 years to figure it out!

We had an expensive Serta traditional mattress which disappointed us from the start, but had no way of returning. After 2 years we couldn't stand it anymore and despite wasting all that money decided to try one from Sam's due to their great return policy. Never had a memory foam mattress before, was worried it would be too hot. We should have bought this long ago! What a difference. We both sleep better, and realize now that a lot of our morning stiffness and aches were due to the mattress. Very comfortable, very soothing, thinking of replacing 2 guest beds with this mattress. Per the other reviews we did let it air out in a guest bedroom for 24 hours after unpacking it - not a super strong odor, it bothered my husband more than me. It came right to our door, didn't need to be home, and easy for 2 people to unpack. The reviews were very helpful in making our decision but we noticed most were made under one month, so wanted to wait to see how we liked it after a longer period. Very happy with this purchase, and the price was great too. Most of all we were sold by Sam's return policy, which made it a no-risk purchase of something we couldn't physically touch or see ahead of time.
