I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy I did! I've tried all kinds of other mattresses but still neck and hip pain with every one. I was a bit skeptical about this one as well but once I read the other reviews I though I'd give it a try. It was very easy to order, shipped to me within a week, and has taken all my stiff neck and hip pain away after just a few weeks. I will say it advertises to keep you cool with a cool gel layer but that's the only thing that I've noticed to be untrue. But it's not like you burn up either...just like any other mattress with temp in my opinion. I highly recommend this mattress!

Best mattress I've ever slept on!

I have never purchased a mattress without seeing it in person so I was skeptical.  It arrived in a small box and I was even more skeptical.  We unpacked it and I thought I had made a huge mistake.  2 different guests sleeping total of 5 nights on it so far and I am now a believer.  It fully expanded within 48 hours and has had rave reviews from our guests.

I’m a believer

This bed has completely ruined my work ethic.  I used to start my work day an hour before my first client arrived, and now I hit snooze as many times as I can to stay nestled into this mattress.  Our previous mattress caused me so much back pain that I was sleeping on the couch instead of in bed with my husband.  With this mattress, I wake up pain free every morning.  For the first week I kept finding excuses to go to bed early just so I could spend more time in bed.  We're so pleased with the quality, comfort, and price that we purchases another Night Therapy Gel Infused Memory Foam mattress for our daughter's twin bed.

Exceeds Expectations

We love Sam's, purchased a cooling gel mattress set before, so we decided to purchase another one, but with headboard, and frame. Being the covid 19, Sam's had to ship to us, shipping was fast, kept us informed, arrived when they said. Vague instructions, but we had it together in a reasonable time, it was fascinating watching the mattress grow to normal size. Looks great, comfortable, also a cooling gel foam, my son loves it.

A great bedroom set, at a terrific price

It’s been about a week since it was delivered and I couldn’t be happier. When I first open the box and rolled it out, it was only about three inches thick. But during the day it fully expanded. It is very comfortable. I slept like a baby. I love it. I would recommend this mattress to anyone.

Surprisingly comfortable!

My husband wanted a plush mattress and I am a medium girl. My husband sleeps on all sides and I am a side sleeper. I often have shoulder pain and hip pain as a result, so I was looking for a mattress that would relieve the pressure but still be supportive. We were replacing a latex hybrid that we loved, but didn’t want to pay $2k for the new mattress. First we tried a Serta Hybrid and while it felt comfortable when you first lay on it, we both were waking with pain and discomfort even after giving it a few weeks to get used to it. Sam’s was great about letting us return it and so we decided to go with the Zinus green tea memory foam mattress. It is amazing!!! The first night we slept great and have ever since. It’s so comfortable we sometimes fall asleep mid sentence. Really, it’s that comfortable. We are both hot sleepers, but have not noticed any heat issued with this mattress after 4 weeks. I love it so much I want to replace all of the kids beds with one too.  The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because it only expanded to 11 inches and not the full 12 inches described.

Like sleeping on a cloud!

I replaced my soft memory foam with this bed. I'm a side sleeper and was looking for something a bit firmer for back support. This bed was said to be a medium on firmness. I'm 240lbs and I would say it's firmer than I thought. It does sleep very well but I still get a bit of shoulder pain due to the side sleeping. I recommend and would buy this bed again.

Very nice bed at great price!

Just like previous ratings the mattress didn’t fully expand on 1 end.  Plus, it looked like it had speed bumps across it.  We turned it upside down for a couple of days and it helped but after a week it still hasn’t completely expanded on 1 end.  We haven’t slept on it but it’s comfortable to lay on.

Dips on 1 end

We Love this Mattress.  My Mom has the same one she told us about it and for the price it is worth every penny.  The only thing is I can't wait for the smell to go away.  We aired it out for the full 48 hrs. but once you sleep on it you can still smell it.  The comfort is worth it.

Love this Mattress

This mattress has no support and I am very disappointed with my purchase.  I bought 2 mattresses from this manufacturer previously and was extremely satisfied with them.  I wish I could return this one.
