Great but

I have made several recipes with this cheese recently. Being puzzled as to why my creations were so SALTY, having not added any salt whatsoever to the recipe, I realized it is because of this cheese. It is unusually salty. The texture is not what I expect from mozzarella, either. Very low gooey factor. The anti fungal ingredient is likely not good for your gut either. It's best to, when you buy in bulk, take it home and re-package it into smaller quantities and put into the freezer. I am going to throw away the remaining. Not good.

This was the worst Mozzarella I have ever had. I used it to make 5 small pans of lasagna for our freezer. We ate the first one the night I made it and it never went into the freezer. The cheese tasted awful and it had such a mushy texture. We couldn't even eat it. In the trash the rest went. Couldn't stand the nasty texture.

The cheese is very good. Just check the expiration date. Sam's club management of the product is very poor. I bought a package a few months ago and it expires in June. Just bought several more and some expire in April and some are already expired! Sell the oldest first!

This cheese is terrible, instead of melting into a nice texture it curdles into a watery and oily sludge. I'd venture to say it's not as dry as the label would make you believe. I considered adding cornstarch to the cheese to reduce the separation but the best course of action is to not buy it again.

I have been buying this every month for years now. It tastes great and the price is unbeatable.

I use this almost exclusively in my ketogenic diet recipes.
