Pretty good product, right price, but the shred is VERY coarse. As a result, it takes a little more for it to melt.

Good whole milk mozzarella. I prefer whole milk cheese to skim or low fat. It makes better pizza. Glad to see Sam’s Club has it.

This cheese melts really well. Its not grainy or plasticity textured. We buy at least 1 5lb bag every week! Great on and with everything.
