I love cheese! So this is so great and dont kill me on price. And its not gross like most bagged cheese!!

This melts SO WELL! I've been using it in lasagna each week and it is wonderful! I like the full fat version better than the part-skim, but that's just a personal preference.

This cheese is perfect for making pizza. I keep mine frozen and only top the pizza with the cheese immediately before it gets put into the oven. This way the cheese browns nicely without cooking all the oil out of it.

Great choice for many dishes

This is the only whole-milk mozzarella that i have been able to find in my area (most are part-skim). If you want mozzarella that melts well, and does that long, long stretch when you try to pull that bite off your pizza or that follows your fork from lasagna to mouth, this is it. Tastes good, too. I separate it into 8oz baggies and freeze what i can't use right away. It still works well for my purposes when thawed.

SO GOOD!!! We got this for pizza, but it quickly became our go-to for a lot of foods! Love that it's a large bag- great price for the amount of cheese you get! We separated it out into 1 lb bags and kept a bag in the fridge and the rest in the freezer and pulled it out as needed. It froze very well! (Tip- we also do this with the bulk bag of shaved Parmesan mix and large container of grated Parmesan cheese)! We went through this supply of cheese much quicker than expected because it was so good, we used it for a lot of food dishes!

I like the double bag like you had instead of the 1 big bag you have to use it faster before it goes bad once you open it, the cheese is good if you can use it in a faster time.

Something changed, shred is different which isn't a problem but it is now super greasy. Purchased 50 ponds or more over the past month and liked it. They ran out a couple times in the past few weeks. Now my most recent purchase 4/20/26 and the change. Pizza needs to be blotted before being served. Same bake and cheese quantity as I have done in the past.

This used to be the best cheese ever, now it is almost inedible. Have returned two bags in the past few months and am now sure that something in the recipe has changed. Incredibly salty!

This used to be the best mozzarella cheese ever. It was the exact same as the Stella brand shredded mozzarella at Restaurant Depot. My most recent purchase of this members mark mozzarella is completely different and not nearly as good. The shreds are much thinner, it's not as creamy and has more small "dust" either small pieces of cheese or the paper so it doesn't stick together. Bring back the original with the thick shreds please, so I don't have to buy it at Restaurant Depot!!!!
