This cheese is great for using every day in any dish you make! Taste Great!

I am not a fan of the part skim but this whole milk mozzarella is the best on my pizza and my pasta bakes. Tastes so much better than part skim mozzarella. Glad Sam's is finally carrying it.

SO GOOD!!! We got this for pizza, but it quickly became our go-to for a lot of foods! Love that it’s a large bag- great price for the amount of cheese you get! We separated it out into 1 lb bags and kept a bag in the fridge and the rest in the freezer and pulled it out as needed. It froze very well! (Tip- we also do this with the bulk bag of shaved Parmesan mix and large container of grated Parmesan cheese)! We went through this supply of cheese much quicker than expected because it was so good, we used it for a lot of food dishes!

I always buy this cheese. However this past time, when I opened the bag it smelled a little off. After moving the cheese around I noticed there was mold though out the middle of the bag! It’s a 5 minute car ride home and was refrigerated once home. Expiration date is April 2024.

very good cheese and relatively low calorie and worked great in my zucchini lasagna and also in my zucchini mushroom hamburger casserole. Nice and bubbly out of the oven and stick together stringy like you expect from this type of cheese. P.S. We used more than the recipe called for since it is so good.

Great flavor for pre shredded cheese and the convenience is obvious. We freeze in smaller amounts(we generally use the frozen within 90 days) and taste and texture remain great after thawing. We use for pizzas, casseroles, hot and cold sandwiches and salads.

This is a great value if you regularly cook items that call for mozzarella cheese. The flavor is good and the shredded cheese makes it easy to spread in your meal. Sometimes you will find clumps up to 3 x 2 inches of cheese that has compacted. But it breaks apart with minimum effort.

This whole milk cheese makes the best lasagna.

Good flavor, good texture, and good meltability.

We get this multiple times a month. Use in recipes.
