I like buying this mozzarella cheese and dividing it up into freezer bags so i always have it on hand. It tastes so good and melts quickly. I mostly use it in lasagna and other Italian dishes. You can't beat the price.

Wow this is LOTS of shredded mozarella so i froze in 8 oz freezer bags and use as we want to. This cheese melts beautifully on everything. On my staples list.

This used to be the best mozzarella cheese ever. It was the exact same as the Stella brand shredded mozzarella at Restaurant Depot. My most recent purchase of this members mark mozzarella is completely different and not nearly as good. The shreds are much thinner, it's not as creamy and has more small "dust" either small pieces of cheese or the paper so it doesn't stick together. Bring back the original with the thick shreds please, so I don't have to buy it at Restaurant Depot!!!!

The cheese is very good. Just check the expiration date. Sam's club management of the product is very poor. I bought a package a few months ago and it expires in June. Just bought several more and some expire in April and some are already expired! Sell the oldest first!

Melts better with whole milk! Freezes great with no impact on texture.
