Fish was not tenden and flaky. Appeared to be previously frozen.

Snapper was terrible and tasted like bad fish.

It was just ok, didn't seem fresh at all

The meat was tough and spongy. Didn’t taste like snapper. Very wierd texture. I threw it in the trash.

This was my first time trying the snapper fillet. We normally gravitate to the Trout (Steel-Head). It had great taste and texture. I will definitely try it again with different seasonings.
