This was my first time trying the snapper fillet. We normally gravitate to the Trout (Steel-Head). It had great taste and texture. I will definitely try it again with different seasonings.

I was surprised and pleased to find Red Snapper at my local Sam’s. I always loved it but haven’t found it in stores for quite few years. I hope it will be a regular offering. It was delicious!

This fish was extremely rubbery. It wasn’t flaky. I cooked it different ways but still rubbery. I believe it was frozen for too long. It just didn’t taste fresh.

The red snapper filets were fresh, tasty and priced right! I blackened the filets and finished with a butter wine sauce. I’m looking forward to purchasing this item again!

Texture was just hard; not flaky as snapper should be. Very disappointed
