The first pack I bought was expired the next day afterwards as I failed to notice the date. I opened it up anyway to check and it smelled really bad so I threw it out. My bad! Next pack I checked the date but was terrible!

When fresh, this is very tasty. It doesn't need much... just lightly fry it with a bit of salt, pepper, and oregano. Don't overcook, and don't over spice. The fish itself is very tasty.

It's nice to serve it with green beans, or some salad.
