I like pairing this when you have done the strips as well. This helps keep the whitening of the teeth. I have bought them even in travel size . This paste will work when use properly. And many of my friends after using this along with the strips Crest 3D Whitening White Strips With Advanced Seal Vivid they noticed more shades fading with the paste. I highly highly recommend. But do keep in mind that this will make your teeth slightly kore sensitive.

Love all the 3d toothpaste line..these work on every point..my teeth look whiter to me. My breath is fresh and my mouth feels clean. The only down side is when I've had too much acidic food or my teeth are feeling sensitive this toothpaste doesn't kinda hurt.

I’ve used this everyday for about 6 months now and have had good results. The flavor tastes a little different than other minty toothpastes, can’t put my finger on exactly how to describe it, but my mouth always feels clean after use, and it’s not a stinging sharp mint flavor so that’s another plus.
