I use this brand because my Dad always used Kingsford for family cookouts and it has become a family tradition with us. We have used it to cook Brisket all night and never have to worry about it not burning like we want it to. Great product that continue with our families for generations to come I am sure.

I get a stack of Kingsford good and hot, throw on some soaked hickory sticks and smoke additional Kingsford and I'm ready to smoke some ribs, chicken, pork butt...whatever is on the menu. Tried cheaper charcoal that either went out or burned up to quickly. LOVE this stuff!!

I have always purchased Kingsford Charcoal because of the quality. I recently purchased a bag for a cookout and I am sorry to tell you the quality was poor. It started fine but when the charcoal started to get white on the edges the heat was very poor. Not good when you have friends over.

I have been using Kingsford for 40 years! So when I ordered my dream cooker there was no doubt what charcoal I would be using! I use your Original, Apple-wood and Hickory, I also use natural hickory, pecan and oak wood for a nice blend. I am and will always use Kingsford, just wish it would burn a little longer like back in the day.

I bought matchlight and it didn't stay hot enough to cook two small steaks medium rare....it's ridiculous for the amount of money I wasted on this charcoal. I had to bring the food inside and finish it up on the foreman grill. Get it together Kingsford!

We donated the use of our smoker for a Boston butt fundraiser. The group has some knock-off brand charcoal and I had to continually put more on the fire all night. Never again, our smoker usually likes only four bags to cook all night. And when you have ninety 10-12 butts in your pit, there's nothing quite like the consistancy and smell of good ole Kingsford regular. We'll never allow anything but Kingsford in our smoker again!

I have used Kingsford for as long as I have been barbacuing. It always lights well and stays lot long. When I lived in West Virginia, I had a grill designed like a stage coach, and I believe it came from Kingsford. My 4 grown children all use Kingsford, and we always will!

I'm not the grilling expert in our house (hubby does all that), but I can tell you that he almost refuses to use any other charcoal, and the food come out excellent each time, without a lot of effort lighting the grill or keeping it going at the right temp. Only charcoal I would recommend to anyone.

We bought a twin pack of Original and it's not Original anymore! The bag says new BBQ flavor in small print. What happened to the just Original charcoal? Please take out the new BBQ flavor it's yucky! We will have to go to a different brand to get back that natural BBQ flavor.

We love kingsford, we have tried off brands and they dont compare! the food doesnt taste as good and the charcoal doesnt burn as long as kingsford. no matter what now we opt for kingsford. my husband is the dinner man , all summer hes the one out their grilling ( i cook all winter he gets to cook in the nice weather lol ). i would recommend buying kingsford it u want a product that is reliable and leaves ur food tasting great ( unlike some of those other charcoal brands).
