So far we love it.

I’ve been eyeing this product for some time now and finally purchased it. And boy am I glad I did! This vacuum was super easy to set up with the app and off she went! I am highly pleased with just the first use!! I do recommend this Roomba to those considering it! Now I’m sad I named her Karen, lol!

I had to retire me Roomba 800 which I loved. I was excited about any new technology and my first Roomba clean unbelievably. This is going back to the store. Navigation sucks. Will not work with the virtual walls. I spent way too much time on this piece of junk. Very disappointed.

Bought this to use in place of our other Roomba but it only cleans about 10% as well as our older model(e3). Very disappointed in this unit. We use it 3 days a week for 2 months and the bag still isn't full. Our older one would fill the hopper weekly. Love my first Roomba but wouldn't buy this model again.

this vacuum can’t find it’s way home before it dies. I have to go around the house looking under furniture to find it and put it back on the charger and even that is ridiculous cause you have to hold your tongue just right to get it to set. It also does not clean well and have had to replace multiple parts. I really wanted to like this for the self emptying feature, but my plan old Bob works better than this.

Started off AMAZING! Truly a smart device. The problem now is that technology has changed with home WiFi routers, most of which run dual-band (2.4ghz + 5ghz). The tech inside this Roomba is slightly dated, which means it can’t handle a 5ghz connection… only 2.4ghz. The real issue now is that dual band routers auto assign a 5ghz band to the iRobot, so the app will not connect to the Roomba anymore. Also, at least with Google Mesh, it’s impossible to choose which band is sent to which device, so each cleaning session must be done manually, which really defeats the purpose for us. The newer models can use the 5ghz, just not this i3 and older models :/

There are many improvements over older versions of Roomba. As a pet owner the rubber brush was a major improvement as it does not get full of hair. My floors have never stayed so clean. The best thing is Roomba empties itself when it docks at its charging station, this process is a little loud. This robot has saved us so much time keeping our floors clean. It works well on both carpet and hard wood floors.

I love that I can set a schedule and I don't have to get up to vacuum at all. The only issue I have is that since we have had it for over a year we have not been able to use the mapping because we can't get it to run through an entire job without stopping with an issue.

This robot works great on my low pile carpet, hardwood, and tile. In a house with a cat it picked up a lot more than my older model 690, and has only gotten stuck once. The mapping feature is a nice add on over my older model. The only con I had was the self cleaning bases bag was full and I didn't get a notice to change it.

I love the fact that it empties itself, finds its way back to the home base and resumes when cleaned or charged. It lacks where you can't control it from the app so it's start new or not at all, it is very loud, and one time when it got stuck and didn't finish, it never reported back what it had cleaned.
