Absolutely Awesome!!! I'm not one to do reviews but....I wish we purchased years ago. Family of five and TWO Labrador Retrievers! Hair nonstop! I3 Plus not perfect but very close. Best bang for the buck. We have a multi level home. The bottomline, it maintains the hair mess. Then... once in a while great while (super busy home) we do a thorough cleaning. I love gadgets and I love my I3+!!!

Edge brush stopped working within 2 days, called and was told to send a video, then told they will send a new brush motor, I guess I work for IRobot now, I am expected to replace it which I am sure I can but REALLY! Brand New and I have to repair it. Should send me some bags and replacment rollers for working for them I think!

I think the heading says it all. Bought this honestly hoping for the best, but not expecting what we got. My husband was very skeptical it would last past the first vacuum in our home and I was just looking for a little help during this time. We were both in for a shock! Having two very large dogs that shed very heavily, we must vacuum daily or twice daily to keep our home clean. Our home is right at 3000 sq. ft. largely time but carpeted in the bedrooms. This thing cleans it all! It does take some time for it to clean, but we just set it to start at 7am and let it do it's think. It typically doesn't charge until 75 minutes of running. We have run ours once per day for two weeks with no issues at all. We use a dyson stick vac and it is equally as good as our vacuum if not better since it gets under all of our furniture. We expected this to assist in our normal routine due to the size of our home and our pets, but instead it has completely taken over vacuum tasks. If your skeptical, give it a shot. You will be glad you did!

iRobot's floor-cleaning Robot does a really nice job picking up debris in our kid-filled home, and the easily-cleaned beater bars and oversized debris tank make clean up a breeze. The charging base will empty the on-board debris just fine, albeit that can't happen at night when everyone is sleeping as it is quite loud. Excellent battery life, great cleaning, self-emptying and great corner cleaning brushes make this robot vacuum a winner!

I use my iRobot 3xweek and just love. My wonderful husband bough it for me because I have a really bad back issues and am 78 years old. I also have a desire to keep my house clean and my iRobot is the perfect helper in that effort toward cleaning. I get the high stuff and it gets the low stuff...DONE!

Does a pretty good job. Similar to other models. Bin Emptying is definitely good but it will only empty the bin when it contains dust and debris particles smaller than about and inch. Any larger things will not get extracted by the bin extraction unit. It it a major pain that iRobot decided to exclude a $3 part that would have made it a cinch to pick up, that is a simple handle. Truthfully, that is the thing that annoys me the most about this machine. I have owned 7 different iRobot vacuums and have almost 10 years of experience with this company. All in all they are very good customer service-wise. They are very responsive and willing to replace bad parts with no problems. However, this design could have been great with the inclusion of a simple handle.

This roomba seemed like a good idea since we have an ~800 sqft, lightly furnished apartment. Lots of open space and should be easy cleaning. However, it just keeps cleaning one small corner of my apartment, repeatedly, for 40 minutes, and then saying it's done. No obstacles in sight. It's so odd. Clearly defective model.

Receive a lemon and it won't start cleaning after a week; the machines keeps saying dropoff detection no matter where i place it; cleaned the dropoff sensor and even tried to tap white paper to the sensor and it didn't help; what's worse is the replacement process; due to backordering, probably have to wait weeks;

This is our second iRobot, had 900+ for 2.5 years when hubby broke it. I replaced it with i3. But just like our first one it only connects to 2.4G WiFi and of course, we have 5G and no where could I find that listed until I was trying to connect it to WiFi. I've had this for several weeks and it is very chaotic still and we only have 1700 sq ft and one bedroom is closed off and it recharges 3 times every time. It definitely doesn't pick up like the old one, no kids or pets. It will run for 5-10 minutes then just quits for 2-3 seconds then resumes. Between it stopping periodically and recharging 3 times, it takes 6-7 hours to vacuum.

It was very easy to set up. I just had to plug in the docking station. The iPhone app installed on my phone and connected to the robot and I was able to connect to my wifi network without any issues. Then I kicked off a cleaning routine. Pros: a.) The cleaning cycle works great, for long cleaning cycles, Roomba returns to base, recharges, empties bin and continues cleaning the remaining area finding exact spot from where it stopped cleaning to empty the bin. b.) Does good job going into corners and cleaning under the bed. c.) Navigation is great, it does not bump into furniture at all. d.) Does very good job going from carpet to tile - overcome some significant bumps without issues. e.) I own older version of Roomba, this Roomba is quieter and sleaker. f.) I connected my Roomba to our Google Home. It was easy to set up, and it works great. Cons: a.) I miss the spot cleaning feature of my older Roomba, it would be nice to include that for accidental spills. b.) Very loud when emptying the bin at the home base. c.) Get stuck a few times while cleaning and looses all its charge. Would like the Roomba to conserve the battery for locating Roomba d.) Would like the ability to divide house into smaller areas for setting different cleaning schedule for different areas.
