I have only been using it for a few days but I definitely see a little bit more brightness in my teeth. The main difference is that this toothpaste is quiet salty tasting. Instead of a mint flavor while brushing, you get a burst of salty flavor in your mouth. This makes sense because Arm&Hammer is known for their baking soda, and the toothpaste is reminiscent of that. The toothpaste also felt grittier in texture and wasn't as soft. Though my teeth definitely felt clean and fresh after using it, I am still not the biggest fan of this toothpaste due to the texture and saltiness.

The taste is absolutely vile. I might as well have just mixed together baking soda and peroxide together while yelling mint from across the room. It went in the trash. Might be for some, not for me. My teeth looked yellowish after using. It’s a no for me.

I have used Arm & Hammer products all my life and this one was the first that was horrible. The flavor is strong and burns the mouth. I have finally determined that the toothpaste is causing my lips to swell and I have sores in my mouth. This product needs a warning label or should be pulled from shelves.
