I like that it doesn't make too much foam, just right to brushy teeth and even though I enjoy the bicarb tone to this toothpaste, it's a little less than before and in my opinion just right. Even hours after having brushed my teeth I still feel fresh. I would definitely recommend this toothpaste to someone looking for these characteristics in a toothpaste as I was. The freshness Is there and luckily it whitens your teeth too!

It seems to do a good job of cleaning my teeth and freshening breath, however it’s hard to tell longer term effects with just a sample size.
