I've used this toothpaste for years because I know baking soda is great for teeth! But when I wanted to know what else was in it, the tube had no ingredients list. Worse still the website has no ingredient list that I can find either. I hear there's plastic in many brands and I wish I knew if Arm & Hammer was safe.

I am sure it does help with teeth whitening, however the taste was so bad I could not continue to use it. It does not give you a fresh breath, it tastes like baking soda. Do not recommend unless you don’t care about taste of your toothpaste.

It did not leave white spots over teeth after using as with some whitening toothpastes. Its freshening properties did offer a bad taste. It was not too foamy as some peroxide based toothpastes become; however, I used straight peroxide as a rinse too, so I would take that into consideration. This toothpaste did not make my teeth sensitive to hot or cold foods.

The value is great for the price it cant be beat. I have sensitive teath and i had no problema using this tooth paste i highly recomend it to anyone looking for an effective cost effective toothpaste.

This one was nice but I often feel like these toothpastes don’t “lather” as well, if that makes sense, and I don’t feel as fresh as other toothpastes. I’ll keep this one on hand but not sure it will be my new go to

I love that the toothpaste wasn’t overbearing with a minty taste. It cleaned my teeth very well and left my mouth feeling refreshed. As a coffee drinker, having a stain defense toothpaste is a must.

I have access to many toothpaste brands and I have to say rarely does a toothpaste surprise me. The texture and taste is decent with this. When a toothpaste "claims" to be "advance white with stain defense", it better impress me and usually all the ones I have tried let me down. Doesn't matter expensive or not, they all have fallen short of the claims. Well this one WORKS and is different. It actually does what it states. It whiten my teeth after just first use and made my teeth feel clean If you want white, squeaky clean teeth? This is it.

The main difference is that this toothpaste is quiet salty tasting. Instead of a mint flavor while brushing, you get a burst of salty flavor in your mouth. This makes sense because Arm&Hammer is known for their baking soda, and the toothpaste is reminiscent of that. The toothpaste also felt grittier in texture and wasn't as soft. Though my teeth definitely felt clean and fresh after using it, I am still not the biggest fan of this toothpaste due to the texture and saltiness.
