I've been using the Advanced White, Extreme whitening for years but it appears to no longer be on the market. I looked online here to see if the redesign/branding of the Advanced White hade hydrogen peroxide (as this is something I found very beneficial in the Extreme White version) and the description on the Arm and Hammer page for this product says it does. However after using it, I noticed I couldn't taste the peroxide (it has a very distinct flavour), and read the ingredients on the box to find that there is no peroxide. I also checked the ingredients list linked on the same page, and it does not contain peroxide. I just want to somehow bring this to the attention of the company so they can change the description to not be misleading. Otherwise the toothpaste does what it needs to do. I will switch over to the Peroxicare toothpaste next time as I know this has the peroxide.

Was using for months with no issues and then a big change came!

I have been using this for several years at my dentist's recommendation and the results have been excellent. However, in the last month with a new tube, I have experienced a burning feeling around my lips and now more irritation inside my mouth. I am wondering if you have strengthened this Advance White and if there is another one of your products I should switch to.

After experiencing abnormal issues with my mouth and lips for a couple of weeks now, I finally thought to look into the possibility that it might be caused by my toothpaste, Arm and Hammer Advance White. I wasn't expecting to find any links because I've used Arm and Hammer toothpastes for years without any problems. After reading multiple reviews reporting the exact same issues as I was experiencing, I was actually relieved. I had been very concerned up until now that something was seriously wrong with me! My symptoms were dry, cracked and peeling lips, sores in the corner of my mouth, dry mouth and an overall strange feeling inside my mouth after brushing. I am sad to say that I'm discontinuing using this product immediately.

I've been using it for a month and it was fine but randomly after using it, it's made my gums so sensitive and the inside of my lips starting peeling clear jelly like skin and a lot of it very quickly. It's like my skin is just falling off. My lips also feel so weird and numb

Arm & Hammer is objectively the best toothpaste. No need to debate that. So glad to see it at the club.

Been using for months and recently the past few weeks my mouth has been feeling really raw and numb inside. Super dry in the morning and feeling like my mouth is stuck shut. Do not use this product

It works great on keeping your teeth white. But completely burned the inside of my lips, lip itself is constantly peeling and the side my mouth hurts. My mouth is always completely dried.

I’ve used Arm & Hammer Advance White before without issue. This latest tube of toothpaste has given me swollen lips and mouth, dry cracking skin in the corner of my mouth, sores along my gum line and itching around my face. I stopped using it for two weeks and tried it again to make sure this was the culprit and my symptoms returned.

At first this product was great, I bought another tube. All of the sudden I had cracked lips, dermatosis, dry gums, and pain. I thought I was allergic to something I was eating. Went to the doctor had an ointment prescribed, worked for a day or two. Now after switching toothpaste and reading the reviews, I now know it was this toothpaste. This affected my daily life for months!
