I’m honestly surprised by all of these 5 star reviews! The taste is NOT great by any means, it’s very thick & syrupy. It has a very fake flavor to it. I’ve only been taking it for a few days so I can’t tell you whether or not it works yet, but the taste is not it

I am happy that I purchased this liquid multivitamin! I have more energy and I have gotten compliments on my skin. My nails are stronger. They don’t break as easily. The taste of the liquid multivitamin is strong by itself so I mix mines with fruit juice and that helps get rid of the bitter taste. I don’t like swallowing pills so this daily morning liquid multivitamin works very well for me. My hair has gotten thicker. I would purchase this again!

I put off purchasing this multivitamin for a couple months. I read the reviews and added to my cart nearly every other day and would take it out because I wasn’t sure about spending the money on a multivitamin. I have never had luck with supplements. I’ve tried several brands that were “good” and “trusted” and never felt a difference. With Mary Ruth’s supplements I FEEL A DIFFERENCE. I have four kids, I homeschool our two youngest, I am an Instructor at our local college, and I am a homemaker. I am tired, y’all. By 3p every day I was exhausted and didn’t know how I’d get through the rest of the day. I drank Celsius to survive. Then had to find sleeping medicines to fall asleep. I don’t really eat processed foods, I make our meals homemade, I grow a lot of our produce, source locally for our meat… and here I am guzzling Celsius to stay awake. I have been taking Mary Ruth’s Multivitamin for two months now and I don’t feel tired throughout the day. I haven’t had an energy drink since I started this routine. I have now added the Mary Ruth’s Chlorophyll for my skin, D3 + B12, and Vitamin C to my regimen. My Dad asked me last week if I had a Red Bull because I was getting so much done! I feel so much more productive. And I haven’t had sleeping meds in probably six weeks. I don’t know if it is because I am so productive during the day but I am falling asleep naturally, at a reasonable hour! I don’t want to seem over dramatic, but this supplement changed my life. It is making me a better Mom, a better wife, better homemaker, and a better Instructor. I am awake for it all, my brain isn’t foggy, I am present and productive. I am trying to get all my family to try this, I’ve joked I swear it’s not a pyramid scheme because I’m selling it so hard. Don’t wait, don’t hesitate, add to cart!

I didn't buy beacuse of tik tok but beacuse in my grandpartes nursing home recommended this product. Both my grandparents have been using it for 6+ month now and they are more energetic and overall they seem more themselves beacuse of old age it's normal for some mood changes (they are 89 and 88 years old). I decided to try them and I like this product this is my fourth bottle, I like it so much that I've stock up since I will be moving countries. My hair is growing so much and this is not even the specialized one, I've seen improvement if focus and energy with no extra appetite. I usually mix it with OG o Kefir, recently mixed it with plain greek yogurt and it was the best! Will totally recommend this product.

First, I absolutely love that I can just buy ONE vitamin for my entire family of five. It's so simple and the price is worth it, quality of vitamins is amazing. Even my three year old tolerates the taste, it does have a "vitaminy" taste to it but that's to be expected. Again, my kids still take it happily every day bc the added flavor helps so much. I feel so happy I'm helping my family become healthier little by little. 🤍

Most multivitamins really upset my stomach, but not this one! I love that it is a liquid, so I was able to start with a small dosage and work my way up to the full daily amount. That way I was sure to avoid any tummy trouble. The taste isn’t the greatest, but I drink it quickly and chase it with some juice or water, and that works just fine. I really impressed!

Long story but after being unjustly hysterectomized, I had to find supplments for the adverse effects. This is a great product. I only write reviews after many good experiences. I hardly ever write a review after only one good one. I have been using this product for a while and feel and get results from it. My mood is better. I have more energy. I have more clarity of thought. I feel overall goodness. And, that's not just "in my head". But as they say - it's all in your head anyway isn't it? ;) I recommend her products for overall health. For me personally, it's helped with adverse effects of my hysterectomy.

I have seen several advertisements on Tik Tok and decided to give it a try. Best decision I have ever made. The flavor is great and I am no longer sluggish during the day. I will definitely be purchasing again. Looking forward to trying more of their products.

I love this product. I used it faithfully every day during 2020 and I didn’t get sick once. Then I stopped using it during 2021 because it couldn’t get shipped where I was living overseas and sure enough I started getting sick again! Now I’m back on it and I’m looking forward to feeling healthier this year again. To me it tastes great! The only draw back is that it’s a little pricey, but if it helps me stay healthy it’s worth it! I definitely recommend!

I’ve been having a hard time lately with exhaustion and generalized depression and anxiety. I scheduled a visit with my doctor to reassess my anti-depressant dose, when I decided to look into the potential that at least some of my issues are due to my terrible diet. I don’t know all the science behind it, but I do know that Mary Ruth’s is the first vitamin or supplement that (1) I’ve remembered to take and (2) improved my energy and positivity levels after only a few days. I feel like I’m still “in recovery” from years of not taking care of myself, but my daily shots of Mary Ruth’s gives me the energy to continue to improve my diet and treat myself better. I feel calmer, but more energized than I have in years.
