I am 28 years old and started taking the liquid morning multivitamin in hopes that it would help my energy levels. It definitely has! When I get home after work I no longer feel worn out and I have been sleeping better! I recommend the product just with there was an option for a glass bottle (like many of their other products) because I am trying to remove plastic from my life.

I was recommended to try Mary Ruth's as I have been looking for a vitamin without a lot of fillers. I have been using the liquid morning multivitamin for almost a month now and I am OBSESSED! My nails and hair have never been healthier, I feel better, am sleeping better and have more energy. I really needed to keep up with my extra Vitamin D intake this winter and always forgot to take huge, hard to swallow pill versions. Not to mention I have tried several brands that always made my stomach hurt. I am so glad I found this product!

I know everyone has different taste buds. But, I am a little disappointed with the Raspberry flavor. I would love to try the Strawberry or Fruit Punch. But, I can’t afford to buy more until this one is gone. However, I am very pleased with the way I feel taking these liquid vitamins. I am going to try the nighttime one also.

I'm in love with everything MaryRuth! I was never consistent with pill versions and I've been taking the Liquid Multivitamin for a few years and I've seen a great change in my energy. I can assume the health benefits are also checking out; I've never had any red flags appear during my yearly check-ups. The Raspberry flavor is delicious! The best part of my morning.

I love the ease of drinking my vitamins verses taking 8 individual vitamins like I was before. Can't say u feel a whole lot different, but on the days I wake up tired, after taking my morning liquid vitamins, it's easier to get through the day without feeling sluggish. The flavor isn't bad either. I do wish there was a way to avoid the plastic, both bottle and package fillers.

Better vitamin than most I've tried so far. I really like the liquid version as swallowing pills has become difficult for me. I'm only halfway through my first bottle and I feel slightly more energy than before and just better. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the taste. Not really a fan.

I don’t know what more to say, to convince anyone about how amazing these products are. This is my first time sticking to a subscription, let alone vitamins. So far I have been taking the Original raspberry morning vitamin, Coconut night vitamins, and the probiotic drops, and I can only say good things about the products. I do notice a difference in my morning endurance. My skin looks vibrant probably because I am now giving my body what it has been lacking and I can 100% say my hair growth has improved since Iv been taking these. (I don’t know about those reviews about your “gray” hairs turning back, because scientifically idk if that’s possible with age.) However, I do KNOW these vitamins have brought strength back to my hair and I have noticed LESS FALL OUT. I’m only reviewing on what I have noticed and the change I see in my hair, skin, and body since starting these vitamins. If you’re a woman in your Late 30’s and noticed thinning/ an increase in hair fall outs try these products because I see the difference and the benefits are REAL. and Hey! If you are still skeptical or trying to decide to try… just know that introducing these vitamins to your day only helps and will bring good health to your days to come. Honest review here. Oh! And if you are wondering about taste… The raspberry flavor is great. Yes, it still has some vitamin taste to it but it’s not disgusting, it’s subtle and pleasant. The nighttime Coconut kinda tastes like those coconut rum drinks you would order in a bar, (not bad… it’s okay and I will order this flavor again once trying all in rotation). The Probiotic drops have no flavor.

We are not really a "vitamin " family so to speak. I had weight loss surgery and needed a good multi vitamin , they all hurt my stomach so I avoided them. I knew I needed to find something and came across this and never looked back. Even my husband who refuses acknowledge were getting old has confessed that he feels better and can tell a difference. We now start our day taking our Mary Ruth shots...it gets us thru

I was really disappointed at the texture and taste of this vitamin. I tried to add it to hot water with lemon to make a drink. I only added 1 TB even though the serving size is two and still found it super strong and gross. I loved the gummies though!

I started taking the liquid morning multivitamin four days ago and have felt more energized throughout the day! I’ve had trouble finding vitamins that don’t make me feel sick. So glad to have found these, they really make me feel great! I’m impressed and will be recommending Mary Ruth’s to my friends and family!
