Eith my gastric issues, it is hard to take pill form of vitamins as it does not agree with me. These liquid multivitamins allow my body to quickly absorb with no issues. The flavor is good as well, just one small shot glass full a day and keeps your body energized and just makes you feel better overall, and faster since how fast it is absorbed into your system. This has been very beneficial to me.

I’m not a fan of the taste but it has given me more energy and I have noticed a difference. I am not sure if I would subscribe to it because I don’t remember to take it everyday and it’s more expensive than a vitamin from the grocery store and I’m not a fan of the taste.

I originally purchased this because I saw someone say that it’s made their grays grow in dark again. I haven’t noticed much change in my grays however the amount of energy this has given me is crazy. It’s not like a caffeine energy.. it’s more of like a motivation energy if that makes any sense. I also used to shed SO much hair and I haven’t been shedding nearly a quarter of what I used to. I’m going to never stop taking it. It tasted terrible but the benefits are unreal!

Been taking this for about a month now and I’ve noticed a difference in my energy, and my skin even feels a bit softer and clearer. The raspberry taste is good even if you don’t mix it with anything. I just pour out two tablespoons on my cereal spoon, drink it, and then go about eating my breakfast. The bottle is huge and will last a long time if you’re the only one using it! I highly recommend this product because it’s clean, and I feel safe putting it in my body!

I got this for the whole family to try. I wanted something that the body can use more of, and not have fillers and sugars etc. My kids LOVE the taste, we don't forget to take it, and it never causes stomach upset either! Will definitely be keeping this on hand!

I knew that by purchasing liquid vitamins, I would be more likely take them and that much is true. However, I went against my usual "only buy supplements from a company that uses only clean ingredients" and a company I know. I should have researched Mary Ruth's because I would not have bought them in December. I'm about a little over a month into them and have noticed that I have not felt okay and it worsening by the day. It started with terrible headaches and has progressed into brain fog, lightheadedness, and recently I have numbness and tingling in my arms and hands. Also, my face is even a little tingly and I have non-stop tinnitus. This is all new. As of this morning, and after researching, I have learned that I am not the only one who has experienced some of these issues taking Mary Ruth's vitamins. I'm back on my vitamin pills from Garden of Life. I know their products are clean and that they work. I wish they made liquid supplements! I am very disappointed in the Mary Ruth's products. I should have paid closer attention to the ingredients. There are ingredients listed that I have never heard of and I don't know why my red flags didn't go up! I'll throw out the Zinc that I bought as well. I don't trust it either. This is what happens when I don't perform my due diligence. I hope my feeling "off" soon goes away. It makes it hard to function. My money could have been better spent. Mary Ruth's vitamins and supplements are not for me.

I have absorption problems due to not having a colon. I have looked for a liquid vitamin that was high quality and that did not make me gag for years. I am so happy with this product. I also have a sensitive stomach. This product does not cause me stomach upset. Thank you Mary Ruth for caring and making these products.

Love this Multi. I prefer to do liquid due to bioavailability but also hate swallowing big pills. The Raspberry is my favorite, I have tried the essentials also, but did not care for the flavors, so I have been doing the raspberry and also add lemon VitK. Thanks for making this product.
